Leading your church through change. Philippians 4:8-13.
Pay attention to things that are true, loving, just, noble if they are of good report. Somethings we want to do certain things but for lack of opportunity, what used to be back then cannot suffice right now, things would continue to change, the only thing that is constant is CHANGE, humans do not accept change. That is one thing with humans we have issues with change no matter how easy it is to accept.
Man of 3 Cs Context Content and Concept. We must develop a positive attitude towards change. It is a process of growth that brings a man to a certain position. The word of God commands it, it is in the mind of God that people continue to grow Matthew 28;18-20 the reason we have to continue to grow is because the needs of people for repentance, reading 2 Corinthians 5:14, 2 Peter 3:9, God is always waiting for people to repent. The church needs to grow because people need Jesus, God wants his church to grow, their are criticism that has challenged the church growth.
1. Some people will say God isn't interested in numbers.
2. What matter is quality not quantity.
3. Some people will say large churches are shallow.
There's no correlation between size and quality.
Decide if the church should change.
