How Being Curious and Asking Questions Can Be A Way to Stay in the Possibility of Intuition
May 29, 2023 Season 4 Episode 38

I spoke with Kim Coleman on Mar 3, 2023 and Kim shared her way of staying out of judgement of people and situations using her intuition. She added a few layers to it and shared what it is for her. When we  look at things differently things have the opportunity to shift.

Bio
What makes Kim unique is her clear and fun delivery of some of the most ‘out there’ information available today in the subject of consciousness. Her energy and her laughter is contagious and regardless of where she goes, she fills the room with her larger than large beyond energy. When working with clients, classes or during live calls she has this potent capacity to ‘nail it’, whatever the ‘it’ is in a style that will not only make you laugh, ‘it’ changes. One of the biggest comments that she hears is how folks never knew how easy, fast and gratifying it could be to be with some of their more difficult situations from the past to the present to create some-thing totally different now and in their future.

Perceiving and knowing more, being and receiving more, showing up authentic and being different in the world has pretty much always been her way of, well, simply put… Kim… being Kim. And that is what is deliciously true for her! Being way too much for this reality and not fitting in are simply her norm. Are you ready for something totally different?

“Life isn’t about going back to how things were when they were great, it is about creating forward motion from where we be in this moment!”

Speaker 1:

Welcome to Sears Beers, knowers and Doers, a podcast about intuition. Do you know what that is? Intuition to me is that inner sense for knowing that something is true. And yet I have no proof. But there's so many definitions and there's so many ways it can come. I'm looking to bring together and share with you some amazing guests. You have some amazing life stories, and also some insights into how intuition can come, and I'm looking to gather those crows in the trees. I hope you're one of them. I hope that this podcast inspires you to be more connected to your intuition, and I hope that by doing that, we make the world a better place. Thanks for coming on this journey with me.

Speaker 2:

Before we get started today, I would love to share some tools with you to help with stress and feeling overwhelmed, especially for the energetically sensitive person. Feel free to go to my store on my website@www.healingvitality.ca. Thanks so much for coming on this journey with me.

Speaker 1:

So I'm super excited today to bring back Kim Coleman and see where we go. Today. We've just literally chatted for close to an hour figuring out what are we gonna talk about today. And then I cut. I cut it. I was like, okay, let's just see where we're led. Cuz all that information that we just talked about is now in the field of this podcast. So you may receive information that you didn't know was here because everything's energy and everything's frequency. And that's the beauty of Kim Coleman. She has that embodied. So thank you Kim, for joining me today.

Speaker 3:

Thank you, babe. And yeah, I love that you're, it's so true. Like, you know, what words we're using to share and convey energy is gonna be totally different than the energies and the consciousness that's in the field that people are willing to receive. And so, yeah, they, we might be using words on what you have for lunch<laugh>, and there could be something totally different, uh, that shows up for somebody.

Speaker 1:

Yeah. Well, and I've had that experience just even listening to Lee Harris or the access consciousness. When you listen to something a second or third time, you get a different message and they, they didn't change the recording. They did, but they, they're for you to hear the second or third time. So it is, it is kind of strange that way. So

Speaker 3:

It is lovely that way. It keeps us from not getting bored. Yeah,

Speaker 1:

<laugh>. Totally

Speaker 3:

Right. Totally. Well, let's be, you know, is it possible that every time we listen we're in a different place? Of course it is. Cuz we listened and something else opened, whether we're aware of it or not. So we're listening from a new place and a new place. Oh, and a new place.

Speaker 1:

Very true. It's kind of interesting how everything is shifting. Like somebody described it as we are on a moving floor or we're on quicksand, but not the type that you would sink in or we're just in this place where everything is, is shifting, including us, like, and we're shifting quickly. And so to even catch up to ourselves and understand what is true for us. We were talking before the call and we may or may not share this on the podcast, but we were talking about the before the call, how we're both in this place of like, what is it that I want<laugh>? And like, it's like I don't know what I want. And so having that ability to pause and be okay with, I don't have the whole picture. I don't know what the detail is right now. I'm not sure what I should be putting my energy into. I didn't realize you were in that space too prior to this mm-hmm.<affirmative> call. But I'm wondering if that's a place that other people are in and if they are doubting that their intuition is turned on because of that. I haven't been doubting that. I've been like embracing the pause. It is curious at the same time. How about you?

Speaker 3:

Absolutely. I mean, we know that what we call this reality, the matrix is squeezing itself out of existence. Those are the words that are true for me. Those are the words that, that I received. This reality is squeezing the matrix is squeezing itself out of existence. Well if that's actually true, what does that look like for me? Or you and, and everybody else? Well, how could anybody possibly know? Cuz it's never happened before on planet Earth that we are aware of. And so when we're looking at, geez, I don't even know what to ask for with my asks and my prayers or my energy work or you know, my intuition, all the things, what will contribute to we will, how, how could we possibly know? We have no reference points. Reference points always come from the past. Right, right. Yeah. And, and so how could we possibly, and, and so that's exactly it. So for me, what I've been asking for recently is, and listen, it's never about asking our team, uh, for me, my team is, you know, the universe. It's my infinite being, it's my body, it's my bank account, it's my high council. It's, you know, it could go on and on. Right? Magical elementals of consciousness, all the things. So when I am doing mourning, whatever it is that I do, my ask recently has been on more clarity on what ask for<laugh>. Right? Right. So using or intuition and, and working with what I call my team. And we all have one. It's not about them telling you what to do. If you have a team that's telling you what to do, that's not how a team works. That's not what intuition is to me. So, so for me it's about a conversation. Would you let your mom tell you what to do when you're 40 or 50 or even 20? No. So it's the same thing. Have that relationship with your team and with your intuition. Meaning we can have an awareness, but we still have choice. So, you know, I remember I was working with this man years ago, beautiful man. And he was in a relationship with another man that was beating him all the time. It was really, really abusive. But he kept getting the information to stay in the relationship no matter what. Now this man was beating the crap out of this guy hard, right? Yeah. It's like that, it's like, you know, you're, it's not about your team, your intuition telling you what to do. It should always be about choices. It's always about, okay, I can choose this or that. Okay, cool. Which one's gonna contribute to me the most? Oh, this one has more energy around it. Cool. Okay then is it possible That's the one that if I choose, that will contribute to me the most. And so that's how I play with intuition. And not everybody is aware of energy in the way of, oh, that has more energy around it. Not everybody gets that. No. So it can show up as, so for me, often it's like, so you know, if I Yes, no. Yes, no, this one or that one. Yes, no. Yes, no. Oh, I'm getting a yes. Okay, cool. Now I can still choose to have the hamburger from McDonald's or the cake. It's still my choice, right,

Speaker 1:

<laugh>. Yes. Yeah.

Speaker 3:

Yeah. And it's, so, it's always about choice, even with our intuition and, and annoying. I mean, if I get until I get such a strong absolute yes, it's always choice.

Speaker 1:

Well, and that's interesting, right? Like cuz there's been people on this podcast who have said, there is no wrong choice. You're gonna end up the exact place you're supposed to go. Like whatever that is, you're gonna end up Margot Nielsen said that to me and I was like, yeah, wow. Okay. And that was exactly Three years ago. My head was blown up. I was like, preaching the follow it or you could make your life hard. And she's like, yeah, it might be harder, but it's not like you're not gonna eventually end up where you're supposed to go. And so my aversion to her<laugh> is like the place that that comes from. But it's not that I haven't made choices that have made my life more drama, more trauma, more quote unquote hard. That's been part of what has given me such beautiful lessons and such beautiful teachings and such beautiful growth, um, that how can I look back in hindsight and say, oh, I should have not chosen that. Right. Right.

Speaker 3:

Because a hundred percent, it's not that there's a wrong choice, it's like, okay, that didn't, uh, create the contribution<laugh>. Right. And then it's, so it's not that we made a wrong choice. What if it's just that now we get to choose again mm-hmm.<affirmative> and we get to go, okay, you know what? Yeah. That I, I'm just gonna choose again and I'm gonna choose again and I'm gonna choose again. And because exactly that and, and yeah. What would it take for us to destroy and un create that point of view that we can always learn from our mistakes. We can learn without making mistakes. People<laugh>

Speaker 1:

<laugh>.

Speaker 3:

Right? So, so it's like we don't have to, you know, that's the polarity and do duality that this reality functions from, that we're actually outgrowing, thank God. Right? Right. That's their demand. And not that there's anything even wrong with that. Mm-hmm.<affirmative>, it worked for us at one time and now we're outgrowing even that.

Speaker 1:

Well, and it's interesting cuz there's like a, a paralyzing factor to am I gonna choose? Right?

Speaker 3:

Well you know what? Look at, look at the things out that are, that we're ingrained with. You made your bed now lie in it<laugh>. Yeah. So you better, you better make the right frigging choice or you're gonna be judged. Nevermind how much you judge yourself, but you made your bed and a lie in it. Yeah. No, how about I get a new bed? Thank you<laugh>. You can have that one. I'm not, I'm, I'm getting a new bed. And so, but it's all those, uh, things that this reality has functioned from that's been passed down and passed down. And don't forget the one of, hey, you better grab that opportunity cuz you don't wanna miss that opportunity. I was asking for blah blah blah. And this is what showed up. So I better grab that cuz I was asking and that's what showed up. No, that's functioning from the world of there's only one thing here that can actually contribute to me. What if we look at, we're doing an ask, something shows up and we get to go yes, no, yes, no. Oh I'm getting a no because when we do the, I better choose, I better do that. Cuz I was asking and that's the thing that showed up. Okay, the universe has my back and that's what showed up. Hello, the universe does has your back. And the thing is, when we think that's the thing, we're not functioning from possibilities, functioning from right and wrong, getting it right again and not missing, what is that saying about my ship will come and I'll be at the train station or something again. So, so it's that fear of missing out that this reality is so ingrained with which is empowering or disempowering.

Speaker 1:

Before the call we were talking about how intuition is always trying to create empowerment even when you're scared, right? Even when it's telling you to run from the bear. It's, and this isn't what we were specifically talking about beforehand, but how it is about empowerment. You brought up something that hasn't been brought up on this podcast before, which is it never creates separation. And it like, there's certain things about intuition that we have other, you know, whatever you wanna call'em, all those little colloquial phrases, all those cliches even about intuition where we will almost be hijacked. Yeah. And we think that it's, it's our highest and best our intuition or whatever. And I've been guilty of those things for sure because it's sometimes hard to discern what's running the boat. And if you don't have the awareness that you are being hijacked and it could be a past experience or your childhood need for attachment or whatever it is, that actually puts a little spin on things that makes you stay stuck. Right?<laugh>. And we were talking about how there's all these different energies on the planet right now that are trying to keep things as they are trying to keep things stuck. And that includes us and, and how we can have to kind of turn up our volume on our intuition truly. And even asking our intuition questions.

Speaker 3:

So I'm gonna ask you, I'm turning this around, I'm gonna ask you define intuition. What is intuition for you?

Speaker 1:

So intuition to me is this internal guidance system of sorts. Like it's a place where we're guided to be more of who we are. It's just this internal guidance system that's unique to us.

Speaker 3:

Okay, cool. Mm-hmm.<affirmative>. And, and because that word will be defined differently by everybody.

Speaker 1:

Totally. Yep. And it's defined by each guest differently. And that's partly why I'm wanting all these different points of views and all these different ways so that people can recognize what intuition is for them because they may see somebody else doing it something similar. Right. Just wanting people to have the awareness that they have access to this thing that is a beautiful tool and it's individual, it's specific to you.

Speaker 3:

Exactly. And so for me, intuition is knowing what is actually true for me and what is not. Yeah. And without the need to so-called get it right, because that's a journey in itself to um, not figure out but to have the knowing and the embodiment of what's actually true and what isn't. Because again, you know, everything about this reality is gonna tell you what's actually true. And, and you know, even, you know, whether it's religion, whether it's spirituality, there's all these things and this is how you do this and this is how you do that. And what if you go, okay cool, what's actually true for me here? How can I hear that? And go, okay, cool. There's something in there that, that yeah. I actually go, yeah, that feels pretty cool to me and now what? And that's where my intuition for me comes in and I go, and now what? Okay, so there's something in there that's true for me. Okay, what, what is that for me? And where can I take it? And if I allow it to take on a life of its own, instead of determining and putting in a box of, okay, this is how you do that right there. Cuz that's what somebody taught me and, and that person said it and that per it must be true. No, it's actually true for them. But you can actually take that piece and go, okay, cool, that's, that feels good and now what? And you allow that thing to take on a life of its own. And that's how you figure how, that's how you play with what's actually true for me here. And what's even more cooler than that is that can change on the daily. Unless we then have this awareness of what's true for me and that thing and now I'm gonna put it in a box. Cuz that's what's true for me on that. No, that's what's true for you today in this moment. But we've, we've so learned how to find the answer to look for the answer. Okay, what's true for me? That now okay, that, okay, cool, there's the answer. Okay, what did you do? Did you just leave it open-ended or closed? Okay, cool. You just put it in a box like everybody else did. Yeah. So, so what up? It's like, okay, so what's true for me in how they're saying to, I don't know, do that thing, play with the pendulum, uh, call in the directions, uh, do a reiki session, whatever. If I allow that to be, to take that on as the truth am I playing in, I like this and I like that. Okay, what's true for me here and play. That's where we get curious and let that thing take on a life of its own and play. Otherwise what are we doing? We're following somebody else's truth,

Speaker 1:

Which takes you away from your intuition.

Speaker 3:

Oh, exactly. And, and so, you know, more words to play with around intuition can also be knowing awareness light. We hear a lot of people talking about, oh, we're taking in more light. Do people actually even have a sense of what that might even mean? And I say, Mike is, how could we actually possibly know<laugh>? When when I hear people saying that, oh, we're we're bringing in more light. I'm like, okay, cool. Well so for me, what is that? How, how do I translate that for me? And again, this is, this is just me and it doesn't mean that it'll be me tomorrow, it's just what it's true for me right now. And, and that can elaborate and take on a life of its own tomorrow. So when somebody says, oh yeah, we're embodying more light, for me light means more consciousness, more energy, more of our soul, our infinite being God, the uni, all of that. The star that we truly be. Mm. All of that. Yeah. So for me, the word light, when I hear the, uh, you know, for me that um, that that is so vague and it's meant to be, that's the magic. It's meant to be vague because if somebody was to tell you what that means, that's what's true for them. And that's why I'm like, yeah, what is it for you? And are you willing to not make that a definition and a conclusion of what light is? Are you willing to go, okay, cool, this is what it is for me today and what's happening as we're bringing in and embodying more and more of our essence, our energy, our light, our God vibe, whatever you want, our God is vibe, whatever you want to call it. Our consciousness as we embody more of that, the shadow that we all carry, the things that we never wanted to deal with, didn't ever wanna be with, put it away. Cause we didn't know how to be with it at the time. And that's how brilliant we are. When we don't know how to be with something at the time, maybe something happened when you were five or whatever yesterday or five minutes ago. If we don't know how to be with it at the time, then the brilliance of who we be, we actually put it in a little closet cause we can't be with it in the moment. But what's happening now with so much of our healing vibe, our energy, our light, again, there's not a word for it for me. Of course it's gonna shake up the stuff that's been hiding in the dark, the shadows, those entities, whatever you wanna call it. So yeah. Is there anything you wanna add to any of that?

Speaker 1:

Well, we had talked again a little bit about this aspect before the call. And I kept on seeing the flashing light of the in infinite, not infinite. Well, interesting I said infinite of the<laugh>. Yeah. Of the infamous a meme that says the light in me is irritating the demons in you and how we, we are almost meant to be poking that bear so that the transformation can happen. But at the time it can be extremely uncomfortable for both parties really. Cuz people are just showing up, being themselves and they don't understand like, what just happened there? I don't know why this, this thing occurred, whatever the thing is that created the friction or whatever it was. And so sometimes that intuitive way of being who you are, all of who you can be in that moment, is also a way that healing can take place. Or more embodiment can take place because you're in a space where you can either morph into what that other person requires in order to make the energy smoother. Or you can stay being you and walk away possibly shaking your head going, what just happened there? But having the awareness that it just may have been a circumstance that needed to occur or what else is possible. Like who knows why all that took place. But being aware that sometimes there's other energy at play that may not even be in alignment with the person who had their demons irritated, quote unquote. So it's, there's just so many possibilities around that right now. I think, again, coming back to that shifting sands that we started the podcast with, is to be aware that just because you're emboldening more light doesn't mean that everybody's gonna respond to that light the way we expect you should. Cuz we think kumba yas, we all raise in consciousness, we all raise in light. But at this particular time, I think there's a lot of opportunity for what appears like a misalignment. And it's not necessarily for you to stop being all that light because of the misalignment

Speaker 3:

Comes turn, turn that up. I always say, yeah, let's take this into relationships and what, what I'm experiencing in relationships right now on planet earth as we are embodying more and more light. I'm just gonna share my own experience in this. So the more light energy consciousness, all that that I, you know, said light is for me, the more of that that I actually embody me just being me and not turning that down while I'm in the world. What's happening with me in relationship is there's people that, and I don't know how to say that other than the others people who it seems like they're ghosting me. So I looked at that and I said, I got curious about it and I started asking, okay, so what, what's actually going on here? Because the common denominator here is me<laugh>, right? So I wasn't looking at the wrongness of me. Well, I guess, you know what? Of course in the beginning, you know, there was always the, did I say something? Did I do something? But what if what could possibly be happening is as you're embodying more light and you're just out in the world, somebody's shadow or demons, inner demons or entities, whatever you wanna call them, stuff that they've been held in the dark. What if it's that that is saying, oh, that person no longer contributes to you. You need to say goodbye to that person. So what if, cuz I know it's not just me that is experiencing this right now. There's so many people that I talk to that th that are experiencing people walking out of their lives or they're walking out of people's lives. What if with where we're at with consciousness and energy and healing and light on the planet right now, what if what's possibly happening is the biggest transformational healing shift we've ever experienced before? And so, like what you were saying just a minute ago, so what if my light standing next to you and you've got all these shadows that are hiding, go, oh my God, darn, she's lighting us up for jeepers. Okay, I don't want, I I don't wanna be lit up. Do you wanna be lit up? This is shadow talking to shadow inside of somebody and shadow's like, no. Okay, cool. Let's, uh, let's, let's make sure Betty here who we're embodying, um, Betty's shadows, uh, give Betty the message to, oh, guess what? Kim's, Kim's not contributing to you in your life right now. You need to walk away. So Betty gets what she thinks is an intuition of, oh, you know what my soul is telling me? My intuition is telling me to walk away from that person. And so what if it's possible? That's what actually is happening is somebody's light, my light is stirring up Betty's darkness, but Betty's darkness doesn't wanna, it's, it's comfy in there and wants to stay hidden in there, but it's being stirred up and triggered. And Betty unknowingly thinks that, oh, Kim's not a con contribution to me right now. Or, or that person's not a contribution to me. Th I'm no longer in alignment with them. What if that's an opportunity for us to heal some of our deepest, darkest wounds, but instead we run from it? Cuz we think it's our intuition saying, walk away and here's the thing, here's what I know, which is true for me. Doesn't mean it's true for anyone else, but what's true for me is oneness. Is oneness. My soul, my intuition, my infinite being is never gonna create separation. So if I'm getting the message to walk away from someone and ghost them so to speak, that's creating separation. That's not oneness. So I get to look at that and go, oh, is that my shadow showing up? Saying that is, is that an entity or a, my inner demons that are saying that cuz they're trying to protect themselves. Cuz you know, that light that that person carries is, you know, kind of lighting it up. I don't want it to be lit up. I wanna stay hidden. And so I get to look at that and I go, okay, if it's creating separation or it's wanting to create separation, then it's probably not oneness.<laugh>, that is definitely not oneness and my soul, the god part of who I am, is that oneness or is that separation for me? It's oneness. And so that is a little bit of how I get to look and go, huh, okay, so what's actually true here for me? Is this a healing that I can be with or is this, and so I get to play with it in that way and I still have choice. That does not mean that that person who's beating the crap out of me or whatever, not that there is, cuz I wouldn't allow that to happen. That doesn't mean I stay in an abusive relationship ever. That would be choice because it's always he comes back to choice. And so I'm not saying I'm getting the hit to, to leave my husband cuz he's abusing me. Oh wait, that's separation. Is it, is that separation or is that you being in alignment with your soul that says, Hey, that person that's abusing you or beating you is creating separation That's not oneness. There's separate, there's a difference

Speaker 1:

Separating you from you. Yeah,

Speaker 3:

Exactly. Yeah, exactly. And so and so it's never about, oh, if I leave I'm creating separation. Please don't get that. Please don't hear that. That's not what I'm saying. What I'm saying is if somebody's beating you, they're creating separation within you.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, I think you bring up a good point that this is actually probably gonna touch a lot of people because I think in the last three years, including myself, there has been a recoiling to figure out who the heck I am. And I think that's happened for more than just me. Maybe I'm wrong there. And so it's, it's interesting cuz even I heard March's update for Lee Harris and he's like, now's the time to go,

Speaker 4:

Go out and like connect with your people again.<laugh> like it, it might be safer<laugh> to go out, connect with your people

Speaker 1:

Again. So it's curious that you're, you're kind of giving people this awareness about helping people discern kind of who or what is talking in terms of intuition or your fear, your shadow, the entities, demons, whatever it is, even other energies beyond that. And the fact that he's tapped into a, an awareness that you know, people are gonna start rebuilding connections again and that it's gonna be okay, it's safe. Go do that. So I just literally listened to

Speaker 3:

That. I love that. Yeah. I love that you led us there because we did talk about this before the call. And so, so here's what I would love to share that I know what is true for me around that, those relationships. Guess what, there might have been a lot of disappointment in relationships over what people chose and didn't choose in the last couple of years. So what if we can look and go, okay, so the relationship that I thought I had with that person where I just kept getting disappointed cuz it wasn't that and I just kept getting hurt because I was, you know, always had their back and they never had mine over and over. And I have so many stories and so much evidence of that actually being true. So that relationship doesn't serve me. I'm walking away. Yep. That's a choice. Again, that separation is not oneness. But what if we were to let go of all the projections that we created around what we thought that relationship should be because it kept showing us that it wasn't and we got hurt, disappointed and judged, created separation. But what if we let all that go and just went, okay, cool. So that's, that's the relationship I was kind of hoping that we had, but it's obvious that we don't. And I got hurt holding onto that death grip into it, trying to make it true. Proving to myself that it wasn't. But what if I could get curious on, okay, so it's not what I thought it was but oh my God, I wonder what it could be if I let go of what I think it should be or what I wanted it to be. What kind of relationship and how much curiosity can I have to let the relationship take on a life of its own instead of putting it in the box, stamping it with pain,<laugh> and disappointment cuz it's not that and shoving it in a closet again and walking away. What if we get curious? So for me, for example, it could be relationship. Okay, so the relationship I have with my sons for example, is it the relationship I would like to have with my sons? No. So I can let that hurt me. I can let that disappoint me or I can go, okay, so it's not the relationship I would like to have with them. So what is it? What is the relationship I can have with them? What's possible here? And getting curious and playful kids do that, right? Mm-hmm.<affirmative>, but all of a sudden we don't. And so it's like, you know, with with my partner, is it the relationship I would like to have with him? No. I can walk away or I can go, okay, so though the relationship that I would like to have isn't there, I can walk away or I can death grip to the relationship. I would like to have be disappointed, be hurt, do all those things<laugh> or I can get rid of all of that. Let go of it because that's just a freaking program. Let go of it and go, okay, so what is here? What is the relationship if I let go of my expectations and my projections and my judgments of what it should be and just allow it to show up. Being curious. There's so much freedom in that. And there's so much curiosity and playfulness and that's even includes my relationship with the work I do. It's the relationship I have with my clients. It's the relationship I have with myself. I can put money in that category. Is the relationship I have with money the relationship that's the way I would like it to be? No. So what's that mean? Okay, I'm gonna be disappointed. I'm going to be in judgment of it, of me, all the things that go with that. What if I could just get curious about, okay, cool, what is the relationship I do have with Ken? What is the and and what else is possible? Right? Right. And give it more space to let it take on a life its own. But as soon as I've defined what I think it should be and what it should look like, I've just shut the door to what it could be. Right. And so as we're going back out into the world, creating relationships with the people who disappointed us and us off and all the things,

Speaker 1:

Or that we disappointed them<laugh>, who knows.

Speaker 3:

Exactly. Exactly.

Speaker 1:

Goes all the way around.

Speaker 3:

Mm-hmm.<affirmative>. Exactly. And so it has to start with me. So I can't expect them to give up their disappointment of me. I can't. That would be another expectation. However, what if I started to show up different? Getting curious about, okay, that was, that was then, that was then. Now what, again, we have no reference points for where we're at because how many times do you hear people go, yeah, well she did this last time. Okay, that's a reference points. Are you functioning from the present? Are you functioning from the past? Mm-hmm<affirmative>, that's from the past. So we get to be aware of how people show up, but we don't write it in stone that that's how they always show up. And if they do continue to show up that way and continue to show up and continue, we don't get to judge them on it. We get to go, okay, thank you for showing me who you are. What's the relationship that I can have with this person knowing that that's who they be. Cuz they keep showing me that's who they be. It's not a wrongness is just who they be for whatever reason. But we've tended to go, that doesn't work for me. Talk to the hand, is that oneness or is that separation?

Speaker 1:

Yeah. Wow. Okay. We've<laugh>, we've got a lot here for people to digest.

Speaker 3:

I love, love, love having these types of conversations, whether it's in my classes, with my clients, with people like you. And I love you so much and thank you so much for asking.

Speaker 1:

Absolutely. We'll leave them with all of this to digest and see what's true for them and hopefully it inspires them to dig a little deeper and get a little more curious. And thank you so much. We'll, we'll say until next time.

Speaker 3:

Absolutely babe, I love you.
