Lars is the founder of Amplify Talent, a consultancy that helps leading organizations develop recruiting and talent strategies at the intersection of culture, talent, and brand. Lars has written for, or been covered by, Wall Street Journal, Mashable, Fast Company, The Washington Post, Tech.co, Digiday, U.S. News, NPR, Society of Human Resource Management, and Social Media Examiner.

He is also a recognized leader in recruiting and employer branding who speaks regularly at conferences around the world including LinkedIn Talent Connect, Glassdoor Summit, Social Media Week, and others. He received his bachelor of science in marketing and international business from Florida State University.
