Lisa O'Reilly, a school SENCo, discusses how she has introduced a space for the students at her school to come and share their thoughts and feelings.
We discuss how she uses metaphors to encourage discussions, how this has helped the students in school, the skills she uses to make this intervention a success and the difference between listening and hearing.
