Ever since we started this program, I have wanted to chat with my good friend Portia Noble on the show. Today is that day. Portia is a razor sharp, kind-hearted staff member of Americans for Prosperity Alaska and as most people in political circles know, is over the moon involved in all shapes and sizes of advocacy in the Great Land.
