Jim Minnery - Family Matters

The Bible is filled with Scripture about how we are to interact with our neighbors. We are to love them as ourselves, to please them, to build them up, to do no harm and to not covet their house or their spouse.

The list goes on.

Jesus tells us in the parable of the Good Samaritan that our neighbor is often someone we may not readily identify with. In every neighborhood, there are people we may be hesitant to approach much less love as ourselves.

Dave Runyon, who heads up CityUnite in Denver, Colorado has thought long and hard about this issue and he's written a book called The Art of Neighboring. I'll chat with Dave today on Family Matters about being a good neighbor now during our current state of "hunkering down" and beyond. I hope you can join us.
