What is a "family". A family could be just one (1) person or multiple family members. This proposal ties into the US Re-Employment System presented earlier in this list.
The intent of several proposals in the TIPA Platform are to better manage the services provided by tax-payer funds. And at the same time, the person or family in need will be counseled and guided with regard to income, education, and vocational status. We will assist them into getting on a better future path. Teaching those in need to better take care of themselves.
