TIPA Platform Series 27/40 – E03 Amendments to the US Constitution – Gun Rights and Control

This TIPA problem-solving proposal deals with new Amendments to the US Constitution.  

• With this Amendment Gun owners will be guaranteed that no Federal, State or Local government entity will ever "take their guns away".  
• Universal Background checks will become the law as most gun owners are in favor of.  
• Any type of firearms and "accessories" to be banned in the US will be determined in negotiation with actual gun owners, not the NRA.
