We had a busy week with work, kids, and activities, so we didn't get a full podcast out, but we did some experimenting for Food Friday this week. Ryan was home by himself with the kids for a number of days, which means he does lots of cooking. Hillary also got a new kombucha SCOBY from a patient and decided to make some new kombucha (after killing her last one with mold:( In this episode: Ryan shares a recipe for Protein Packed Muffins.
