Follow Me Pt. 1 :: Walking with Jesus

Jesus called his disciples that they might be with Him and that he might send them out to do the work of the kingdom. 

The core invitation was simple: Follow me. Do what I do. Learn how I see. Repent and Believe.

But how do we recognize the work of the Kingdom in our lives? How do we know what it is Jesus is up to so we can join him as disciples?

With countless bible studies, accountability groups, workshops, books, sermons, methods, and formulas, sometimes it all feels complicated. But if we can stay rooted in the basics, we’ll find that Jesus is all around us, forming us into his likeness.

But it requires a new way to pay attention.

In this series, we’re going to explore 6 axioms that will help us stay centered in the love of God as disciples of Jesus Christ.

• God is always present and at work.
• God is like Jesus.
• God meets us in reality.
• God cares more than we do.
• God does in you what he wants to do through you.
• The goal of discipleship is divine union.
