4, 3, 2, 1. This is, don't Fear Great, with Wabtau-Ramina marketing strategies and advertising technologies to help you build a better business. Welcome to Episode 1 of Season 5. It's amazing that we are still doing this journey and I'm so grateful for it.

Season 5 is not to abuse, a line that you hear everywhere, but it legitimately is going to be the best season we've ever had here. If you care about anything, you're going to care about watching and listening to this show because, literally, it is the only show that matters on all of the interweb where, this season, we have listened to the feedback, we paid attention to the data. What we're going to do is we're going to fill an entire season based on the success of our show, and we're going to measure that by your feedback. What were the shows that you liked best? We're going to go back and we're going to theme it out based on that. What we're seeing is, over the past five years, there have been certain topics, specifically interviews of entrepreneurs and thought leaders, that you guys not only listen to in great numbers when it goes live, but it's evergreen. It lives on forever and you guys keep on coming back to it. What we're going to do is we're going to dedicate an entire season of interviewing entrepreneurs and thought leaders with a specific list of questions. What we've learned, even in the focus groups that we have been able to have as it relates to outlining the episodes for this upcoming year, is that there are certain questions that matter to you guys. It's helpful for you to have these questions answered because these are the relevant topics that help guide you in your journey. When you highlight someone else's journey and you talk about the good, bad and the ugly, it becomes a related element and people can pull from that experience now to help guide them in their own experiences. Again, we're going to dedicate all of season five to just doing that. It's going to be amazing If you have some incredible guests already lined up.

If you guys have some guests you'd like us to bring on the show, let us know, send us a message and we'll go out after them and bring them onto the show and ask them all those great questions. It basically gives you guys access to high-level individuals who've been there and done that and they can offer you some really great tips based on their experiences, so that you can maybe avoid some of the mistakes that they've made and really increase your successes, increase those wins along the way, which is awesome. Something that really is special also, that we're pulling in is we're going to be doing these in packages. What we'll do is we'll have this incredible long format. We're going to interview the guests. We're going to ask them a series of questions that help bring to the surface their story.

Why did you get started? Why did you pick that product, that service, that particular market? How did you get started? What were the challenges? Were they avoidable? If you can go back, would you avoid them? If so, how? What are the secret things that you're applying now? That gives you the best success and the horizon. Let's look past. What is the future? Look for these businesses. We're going to end with some secret questions.

You're going to have to tune into the first few episodes here in order to see and hear what they are. It's going to be amazing. I'm thrilled for everyone. I'm thrilled also to be in the room with a lot of these incredibly successful individuals and learn, just like you guys. It's going to be a lot of fun, but we're going to have that long format.

What we're going to do is, after every single interview, then I'm going to record a separate short version of that particular episode and really just highlight the main points that were made. The reason we're doing this and this is actually your feedback that we've heard over the past several years is there are amazing episodes that really have, like, touched certain people, right, because I'm not going to make the assumption that everything is important for everyone, right? So there are certain subjects and topics that are just important for different people, and what we've seen and heard from you guys is that there were, there have been, some amazing episodes that you just love and you keep on going back to them, which is awesome. So what we're going to do is, once we have that particular interview, we're going to record a short version of those highlights. To this way, it's a resource for you guys, now that you've found that incredible topic maybe it's the entrepreneur that represents a market, an industry, a product or a service similar to yours. Now we're going to create that other short version that you get to now refer back to, to get just get quickly to those highlighted points, and those are going to be released in these sort of package formats part one and part two and it's going to be awesome.

So, again, number one is we're having a theme. This is the first time we're dedicating an entire season to one particular theme. Number two if there are people that you would love to hear from or love to learn from, send us a message, let us know and our team will reach out to them, we'll book them and we'll get them on our show. This way, you get to get access, in a way, to these individuals, their stories and the high level behind the scenes stuff that made them successful. And then three also and I haven't touched on this if you would like to be considered maybe you've been listening to this show like for a while and all of a sudden boom and inspired you and you have this wonderful business now and it's growing and you'd like to share your story. We'd like to consider you guys for the show as well.

Reach out to us because, again, our 2024 season this is season five is dedicated to interviewing entrepreneurs and thought leaders from around the globe and asking them a series of questions so that you guys, the audience, get to sort of learn from their experiences, so that it guides your journey as well, and I think it's going to be a really valuable journey, a valuable sort of a season, because this is going to be information that we're going to talk about, that people pay thousands, tens of thousands of dollars for training and courses all over the place. We're going to bring these people onto the show and we're going to talk about all of the stuff that they're doing and their sort of secret tips of the trade sort of speak, and so that's why I really see this as being probably one of the most valuable seasons that we've ever done. And again, we've interviewed before. We've had follow episodes before, but that was sort of part of seasons.

Now we're going to have an entire season dedicated, with intentionality, based on what you guys have shared with us, and we're going to ask very specific questions. That guides it. This way, you know exactly ahead of time what we're going to be talking about. This way, you know what you're going to be getting out of this, and this is going to be really sort of a regular sort of informational piece for you guys that you should be tuning into like on a regular basis. This should become part of your routine.

Routine is tuning into Don't Fear Grit for season five every time we release a new episode, because there's going to be something for you to learn, because if you are interested in becoming a more successful entrepreneur, if you're interested in becoming recognized as a thought leader, as a brand ambassador and building your personal brand and becoming more influential in your space, then this is the show.

This is literally going to be the season where, every single week, there's going to be an opportunity for you to pull a golden nugget to help sort of like make a deposit into your journey, and it's going to help you get there even faster because, remember, there's people that have done this before. Right, they were not the first people, and so if we can bring those people on and they can share everything, like with transparency, just complete honesty about the good, the bad and the ugly we tend to see, just highlight the good, right, but there's a lot to learn from the struggles as well. Entrepreneurs face and arm then the future entrepreneurs with that information, so they're going to avoid those obstacles and you guys can experience success a whole lot faster than we have.
