You’re not smart enough? You’re not fit enough? You’re never going to be able to do that? At some point in our lives we have all had these negative thoughts pop up in our minds. Have you ever wondered why this happens? Lack of confidence is the biggest reason why we hold back on following our goals. Our own opinions of what we think of ourselves can either be beneficial or negative. Do you want to kick the negative thoughts that hold you back? Do you want to be better than average? You have to master your mind and scratch the negative thoughts we all tell ourselves. We are our worst enemies and kill our own dreams by creating scenarios in our heads of what we think could happen. This episode we discuss on how we talk ourselves out of our own goals and dreams. Learn to tell yourself, I am successful! I am beautiful! I am a bad ass!
