Do you dread stepping on the scale to weigh yourself? Do you wonder why the number changes so much ALL the time? We are here to tell you that it is normal for that number to change and that it’s okay. We allllll too often let the number on the scale dictate the outcome of our emotions and control us. Why do we let a piece of metal, or plastic whatever it is the spits out a number have so much control? We are here to tell you that the scale is a tool and we need to leave it at just that. It provides a metric and gives us data to help us get the results we want. In this episode we discuss why the scale jumps around so much and give you ideas on how to better understand “the tool” and what it is meant for. Together we can overcome and take back the power we give the scale and use it in our favor to better understand our body.
