Many of you are slowing returning back to work and moving from phase 1 to phase 2. Many states in our country are almost back to business as usual. How are you adjusting? How are you is your productivity holding up if your one of the places still in quarantine? Many of you have found out recently that this way of live will be through the summer! Wow! In this episode we give you ideas on how to stay productive or learn new productivity tips to keep you positive. This episode will also help you adjust back into society with creating new habits to carry you through the rest of this year as well as life. Kelsey also goes into deep detail for women, on how to have a better understanding of your body in regards to your menstrual cycle and how it plays a roll on your creativity.
