Self-care is NOT selfish! We have possibly fallen into this mindset before. Weather we purchase ourselves something nice vs. spending money on our kids or investing in a coach, spending time at the gym, or going on a run at the park. We may feel that it’s all selfish, but is it really? When we take care of ourselves we can show up better for others. How can you give 100% when you aren’t feeling 100%? Self-care is not complicated; it can be easy and inexpensive. Self-care helps mind clarity, energy, patience, and so much more. So how can you pour from an empty cup? You have to fill you cup first!
