Planning and setting an effective workout plan can be overwhelming. Maybe you have been going to the gym for some time, but are not seeing the results you are expecting. You’ve been running on the treadmill than hitting the Stairmaster, why? Because that’s what is comfortable. Then you go pick up some weights jump on one machine then move to another. All exercise is great, but is it as effective as it could be? In this episode, we guide you with what it takes to do just that.
