Having a resilient and robust mind is easier said than done, but it is not impossible. Do you put limits on what you are capable of doing? Do you think that you can’t do something because you’re not “special”? You may have told yourself this lately or even all your life. We are here to tell you that you can achieve your goals, and you can have a resilient, healthy mind you have to practice. Your mind is a muscle; if you are not challenging yourself, it won’t get stronger. In this episode, Kelsey and I talk about how you can start taking small steps in achieving your big goals.
