"You can't outwork a bad diet." Have you ever heard that before? If you have, then you know what we mean by that, but if you have not, let us explain real quick. Eighty percent of a fitness journey is done in the kitchen. You can go to the gym, drink all the water, lift weights, and do stairs, but if you are eating like garbage, then all that time spent working your butt off is not getting you the results you should be getting. By popular request from our audience to put together an episode to help overcome that challenge. Deciding to start a diet is already intimidating. In this episode, we give you tips, tricks, and hacks to help that process seem less complicated.
