RevJen Group

Our discussion today is with Jerry Hawkins, the Executive Director of Dallas Truth, Racial Healing and Transformation. DTRHT’s mission is to create a radically inclusive city by addressing race and racism through narrative change, relationship building and equitable policies and practices.

Our conversation takes us to Jerry’s early years in Chicago and his start in the non-profit space. It weaves in how his artistic, scholarly and historical interests intersect with his experience of being a black leader in the non profit space to influence how he leads and supports his organization today.  Brian Joseph, the Founder of RevJen joins our conversation as well.
