Maybe even those who were higher risk or may be quarantined and may have found out that you may be infected. I thought suppressed with you and your family. You guys, I heard you a stand within our homes with our baby. Our communities. This has been quite a time quite a time. Uh, thank you guys for checking in. So this is the epicenter of the Charles. Especially those of us who were working. I could leave with our clients. So we're really trying to. She worked with clients, and they would like us to continue with the selling their homework. We're moving forward, you know. And so far, my clients, I have buyers and sellers and they're just, like, keep it a little bit. What? My clients are not moving outside of the area right now, but I do have some clients trying to move into Charleston in a couple of them our life. Is there a way to get around on this little moving around it? Technically, you really came. I mean, I know that. I know there's something that's gonna start for some people. Hey, Mr Garrity. Well, the market flow down his breaking question. The market right now. It's not right now. It's not. As long as we're allowed to sell homes legally, we will, um, painted Ellen, I have some new podcast coming up in. It's so funny. One of the agents I was talking to you saying something about the Corona virus rates and, oh, can you get that particular episode with? The point of it is I'm still getting celebrating with other agents, both in Trump's and outside of Charleston. And we are still sending each other referrals and stubble. Attempted to work a deal, having people move in close on their home. So now the market at right now have it slow down with this to be determined. I, um So, trust and acting is wrapped up the one of the this selling months and that a sudden worry last month we hate man be sold. We had a huge sale jump and you wear it. And that was, like, before course discredit Corona the Bulls and created an awesome quick article about the time about how we have 4.4% jump. Take that article equipment and show notes that they had been what we've been dealing with the market people so much so that was a part of my market reports and let you guys know what's happening there. ATF Are the agents in Charleston we most agents talked to? They're still being active. There are some agents have said some of their clients I actually like. I would have put pasta all the searching, But again, personally, that has not happened to me and my clients. I can I say that's a CZ, much as I can. And make sure I educate them about you know, it here until whatever local state federal guidelines that are played. He sent me a personal he may have had. Some of your jobs are having to work from home. I'm still gonna listing appointments. I'm still doing the matter I'm doing. Then you call phone calls. So I'm just wondering about some flexible for my planets, both both past and current, because that support and you wanna make make sure they're comfortable. So I'm really curious to know I do not think you better question Ms Terrie hard. You know, when I do, you probably you know why. I don't know how you guys are balancing everything, but it is It's a challenge. I want to hear some of your stories, if you don't mind, Because the S O is actually a real episode that I'm recording right now. So it's not a second. Okay, So Bob said I am not staying home. Rachel says, I think everything is going to slow down. And then maybe true, Rachel may be true. What about you were working, Rachel, you start work on that. Some people are working. I think you were doing your multi talented. You have a couple things going on, but some people do work from home. I have something in mind today. Works at USC and working from home or HR, which they do a lot off anyway. Oh, we're gonna be three. Oh, wow. Yeah, it's hard. It's hard because harm harm, right? It's isn't tough. I'm a black full kind of person is right now I'm just really trying to all energy. It's a focusing on and this, too will pass and I'll be okay and, you know, trying to say responsible. I just I'm so grateful to be healthy and see and yeah, so Rachel said, I don't work for Chrysler and we're off until something again. Wow, that's Yeah, that's in the d. Rachel isn't it de Detroit? Anybody here? I got a connection to transit. Anybody read? Trump's on that mysteriously here, out of baseball with you. So Jennifer says, I'm out of rotation. The dental office is closed on. Jennifer is a dentist, so she's She had opposite close. I actually got my dentist appointment yesterday, so they they closed in. They got me in their appointment. So Barbara says Yes, absolutely trying enjoyed all knowing that we will get through this. Yes, thank you. We have to think like that. We have to think like that the matter because I know the government is really tryingto put out some some relief efforts for jobs and business owners and employers. We have just tryingto hang in there with a sore. I could hear some stories about the sores. What's going on with my husband? Came home today and told me, You know, I mean, he did make like, he works out today, he said, because Jim is closing. Um, maybe he said the reason. I mean, I understand that close, but so I'm told. He tells me he's in the store and we would have told the paper reported, We're not out of toilet paper, but he was just trying to keep up a global we don't quarter, but we go in Five days of old released, tried Thio, and he said he had a sword. He was reaching for some 20 paper and when he went to go reach for it report at the same time, It's a couple of guys. And so he said the shorter guy was beside him and reach for the paper, and another guy literally just snatched it out of his hand and just they all three of the likes of staying in here. I'm like, So you know, I think I need a rest because you know, it was him. But he's saying it was like the guys took the toilet paper at this came out of it. I don't know what situation people are like that with me in the butt. I don't know what I would have done me a fortune. He believes somebody did it to him, because so that's good. Jennifer says she's looking for our next half wolf looking for the next couple. And Barbara you said we Yes, we didn't have this. She's cure his copybook 1st 0 yeah, I just talked about the grocery store situation. Who else is dealing with anything? Um, I don't have any crazy stories. I didn't pick me with me today. I was really fortunate. I don't think they have a lot of stuff they had there. It is kind of our time in the world, but picking living is crazy. You can raise your Yes. You can't. You can't. Listen, I get the point, right, You clock, you know, saying and so I would like to keep the paper, you know, But anybody out there who is aware anybody need they looking for what you got for me by looking great. Unfortunately, I'm kind of hopping store to get some attitude today. And what else? Cereal and some milk could have so much. Unfortunately, it all melts, and I don't want it. Um, let them on. The milk is like everything, you know, Like I'm just gonna have to fight anybody. Who else? A We thing on River Avenue. I heard many people talk about it and for the most part of living, I didn't get to get Today was race. I prefer to write, write, write, and nobody now everything like packages, like with seasoning. And are you really that so? I think I do have some. So that's looking for money. Yeah, y'all are. Then y'all are. But I have It's the people. Still people, people also something I So I'm just gonna keep writing that we It's a lot of that can. I hasn't works. Still work from home. But how did it go with these Kidding, though? I don't want your kids at home. Yeah, I got older teachers I just saw. Got a call from the teachers from school. What he was saying that they're chewing out suggestions for how how I used to follow the schedule. And what about being a friend? She had a full set and she was saying that she will not be home slowly. She says is already hard enough fish. He had work from all of you. Like it so far. Double. Oh, my God. Thank you, Fredricka. And letting appreciate a lot of post. I appreciate that a lot. So I wanted Thio. You gotta think about the the okay. Abandoned had 67 bull. They said that. That's right. You know I'm not a fan and it you like that price. Harper? Yeah, Yeah, I feel today. I think you're right. It's insecurities. I'm going to go on here. People say you right now I got your page is thinking about making some people are, like some of it too much the names of too much. I have been enjoying somebody humor, especially as it is. You know, it's something. You got that video with criminal. The trouble is sound. I was pretty funny. I'm seeing people that her kids at home dealing with that so you could have just Jordan. I just kind of just going over just kind of gets a beating from some people to see how their time home with this has been what they don't want to make do with some time with their family and friends. I want a couple by prizes, friends and my kids. That was fun. Get out over the direction was a little winded. I'm a little shake. My trainer my husband would say that you like. So I hear people say that I think about our podcast. Oh, I love you. What do you think about your pocket? Just message me about it. I'm trying to keep up with B. So I had to share any of that stuff, like my goal of the podcast. I want to be a lot more directive with people looking to do some more interviews here. What water? Kinda shut out. Marcus owes there was a why? Because one touches on a little bit about my working with my company. Everyone talks about the new series I'm working on. I'm actually interviewing different agents, and we are engaging about the mill estate market and experiences that we're having, things that we're seeing in the market as far as friends and in cost. So that's something that I'm doing. And I'm doing a lot of pro partners people. Why I work with have religion ship with across the country, so you'll be seeing me talking with other agents in other people with a few. I just started here, there their take on a market to be about what they do, make something a little different. Somebody else with your door so that's that's interesting. I'm looking to talk to a few more business owners here. Atrocity area. There's a few teeth with. I had a chance to listen, but we had a doctor has a theory on a couple episodes ago. That was really good at. And, um, she is actually speech, patent, office by trade. But also, she specializes in the ego culture and checked into a book. So if you have to check that out, check it out. I'm gonna put that in the show notes, and you'll get to see the links on the other episode that ever done? Um, yeah, it is a good idea. So if you want to start a lot of happy official case, Okay, Said as well. So who has so everybody else would have you been doing? As far the Corona virus is concerned, Heidi Dillon with work school kids. No. Let us know what you've been thinking about. Thank you. Going through struggles? Uh huh. I don't meet a lot of people sent into eating a lot more, so I think I think or I think I think I think a few more meaning you be a little bit more meals, but I'm trying to get active again in front of my bike. Put on a few pounds, you passed. So let me make sure I don't have any more comments in here. Tried this anything. I don't have a crystal ball about the market. I can tell him for shorter, like it's gonna shut down here tomorrow because we're not seeing any side today. And one of the things I was reading about is with this market, not being a recession is because the home prices like that before you. Seeing with recessions is because, obviously, overextending predatory endings and things like that from quite some time a little bit what we're seeing right now in this market, we don't wanna read it in a strong market anyway. What we're seeing any tapping it because the housing market is not a cause of the jobs and whatnot. That's one of the reasons why they don't predict the housing market will crash is because we're not factor. We're not influencing it. It's something else applauding. And that's of course, the virus. And of course, we don't know how that's gonna go. You didn't expect the numbers go up before they get better for everything you get, center. So we're just gonna be safe out here? I'm praying for you all that you stay safe, make smart decisions and maybe intentionally walk or to have seen a lot of neighbors walking right by excess. Cooley, we speak from afar. Um, see, anybody else got a connection problems, and that's something we do on her. So you have a little excited. And this makes me realize how important multiple streams of income really is. And then that's true. That's definitely true. I definitely can relate to that. I'm fortunate enough that my government job my husband was working as well, and so I put on my side ever money. It's in my business. Real estate is is that helpful? But even still like you just never know. You just comes like this. Make you. You think that about a lot of things. You know, I could have put put that money. Somebody could see this where I could invested in this. I could have had some or income. But the good thing is, we least learn from it. Or we at least learned from this time where we may be having a title, Tom, with money or, um, or just just a hard time in general. Hey, sorrow and we're having a hard time is like this one does. So if you could take the reflect and actually learn from, I don't personally think that probably done differently. Trap a little less. I'd like to travel and do things, but for me, I also getting out. Enjoy my family and friends more. And which kind of letting you drive? A little more. But I have no regrets about that time. So enjoy your family. Enjoy your and your family is the ones that you have to live within The house. Definitely got the phone and call tech some people in a while. I get to be big on on the podcast. Uh, just kind of useful information and use a lot of says I'm using this time this friend clean up to that to a friend of mine is staying at my house right now. Really? Anything like I had himself. I have to you when I'm not working. So my kids and I were actually closed right now. So if you know anybody that you like, good place donated Children stop like I would really like to know. Like Tony Children, clothes and shoes. Um, ranging from ages 7 to 9. That's a good ways. Um, money. Also challenging myself to read more. Any suggestions? Person I looked at since high school. Yes. It's like the nineties. How that came about is I read a report for school and the teacher was like being a book like this. Take. I am not feeling that book. I'm sorry, creating a few days, and I tried it once the library, but I just let myself and I stumbled upon the fact that I look smashing. Oh, you know what? This is weird. I before So Addy, I started reading the book with you. Actually, um, that's actually how I've got an audio books, you know, it's so it's so funny that you mention it, mom, Because actually, I wasn't your book. I could literally pick up the book, pick up the hard copy and over date someone any page and I remember hearing it I said, Oh, Oh, thank you. Matter in Lowcountry orphanage. You wanna donate? So thank you. I'm so grateful. My personal views is these around. I prefer to donate to places Day are not gonna still is I Look, if I had to uniting to get get it out there. But I prefer donated to places like that's a little country or I'll save it for the nice pieces. So got more. So they all may be Lamar J. That is a thank you for spreading information and being a positive influence are appreciated right now these videos and do this podcast thing. And I do it because I really want to give you but the same time in a always feels to me like I'd be more comfortable doing it. But it's just because I think one thing that we always have to deal with when we try something new because you always want people to think and what you get over that point, you just do everything that point. But at the same time, it is a little awkward because you see my camera and hear my voice. So yeah, see you. So anybody else everything they want later. I'm so happy I can share in his name because I like to laugh and have no is Grandma hold off lately? But, um, I have been enjoying these meetings and pressure. The one better. I'm classy. I really didn't know how. It's like, No, but I really do appreciate our level. Support people jump in a hole watching, you know, number. That's cool. I appreciate that. I see here, I wanted to give you that. I don't know. I wanted to mission. I oppose. Ask anybody. What? They were great before. And I did that because it's so easy to complain. I eat complaining of the easiest thing. You know, my course, I guess. One of the things that somebody mention Waas they mentioned it. You should have a blessing book so I could feel about writing. I know you don't write as much as it used to be texting me title, but one of the things that they work on this Yes. Anyway, whether they recommend is a blessing book. And when you get up in the morning, all right. One of your purposes is you write three things were great before That happens to you that day. And, um, we had some holes about two weeks ago. Somebody on Facebook friends with it. She was, They had her. This is what they really just started getting cases of the Corona viruses and she learned as she may have been infected and they had a hand in some room was quarantine. And all I could do was just thank God because I just felt so grateful that, you know, that could have been so many other people knew to see her or her mask and you know, her splatter that proved thing, your eyes, that she had, that all that you just sitting here. She's going live face looking, just like you know I'm in hospital. That's that's That's crazy. That's crazy. I just pray for little you or maybe risk and not there on the front lines. Hometown heroes Move Who had always went through. I started in the real estate business a lot of time. Military medical professionals, police. Who knows You got God bless you and your families. But anyway, as a pulsating ending on a good note, what great before you're something calming, people said, uh, with that, that was awesome. Some of the stuff they said. Day said he's grateful for helping family friends. He's grooming her life a lot of complicity of people like Brian said he's grateful. Jesus family help! Uh, Mark said, I'm grateful for being able to have my and and having more like to live Gwen, who lost her son recently. Jason, We we love dearly. I mean, someone who just lost her son, she says. She's credible for health, live among friends of friends. I mean, that's powerful. Somebody just lost their. They're saying you cheated just on the corner matters that he just made a lot of sense. Suddenly he was He was a pillar of the community to be able to just be grateful by everything. That's my little losing your son. And things happen to you and your family. That's what happened. Uh, a friend of mine, She's great for me. That was nice. Uh, cos that really triple car, another disgrace that she's going before horses because she's saying is keeping her saying right now a lot will do what is already so that's, you know, beautiful about that, you're able to find a way to cope. Yeah, a lot of people just said and, you know, since over the top, all things, any brown, just return it with you guys. So you're out there having a hard time talking. Somebody let somebody know. And if you're not talking anybody for just started. Call takes time I see her. I mean, you'd be surprised. The hardest anyone we know what it is. Just a little somebody because you just didn't reach out. So maybe we could try to check on a few of our friends and family and see her do that when I get this call, check on some people Anyway, they say that for watching. I'm so grateful to you it again.
