With lockdowns around the world, mediators are turning to video conferencing to enable them to continue with their casework. But with security issues concerning the most popular platform, Zoom, and a Canadian University research unit warning against use of Zoom for confidential matters (and thus mediation) until changes have been made, big decisions have to be taken.
