After committing himself to the ministry, Charles created Permission Group to teach aspiring agents and brokers how to ethically grow a $1 million book of business by getting permission and by getting the Broker of Record (BoR) Letter. According to Charles, nothing says permission or trust than by a customer signing the BoR and few things allow a book to grow as quickly!
