  • Can I start with one of your pay plans? We appreciate the sentiment, but we really want to make sure you love Buzzsprout and it's a good fit for you before you pay us a dime. If you do decide to upgrade all of your content, settings, embed links and feed links are preserved. We've worked hard to make sure the upgrade process is a total snap.
  • What types of payment do you accept? Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We do not accept PayPal. At this time we only accept payments online so we will not be able to accept a P.O., invoice you, or take an order over the phone.
  • What if I need help/support? All pay accounts include full access to email support. There is a support form built into Buzzsprout, you just click the link and let us know where you're having trouble. We work hard to respond to most inquiries within just a few hours.
  • Can I go over my plans time allowance? If so what happens? Yes. If that happens you'll simply be billed $2 for each hour over your limit on you next invoice.
  • Can I change plans at any time? Of course. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time by clicking on the My Account link at the top of the screen.
  • Are there any upgrade/downgrade fees? When you upgrade your account you'll only be billed the difference between your current plans price and your new plans price. Your current cycle allowance will immediately be increased and any overage will be recalculated. There are no fees associated with downgrades, but you may incur overage.
  • Do I have to sign a long term contract? No. Buzzsprout is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month and can cancel at any time.
