This week we speak with Tom Newton, a researcher in environmental fluid dynamics, and now Project Engineer (previously Science and Technical Lead for Upwelling) at Seafields. Seafields is a UK-based aquaculture business whose mission is to heal the climate and restore the oceans by domesticating, cultivating and valorising Sargassum seaweed in the Caribbean.
