What is mental health in the mountains? Well, it’s difficult and different for everyone to explain. It may be FOMO, trauma/PTSD, self-compassion, imposter syndrome, or all of the above and more.
Tori shares some of her tips and experiences as a studying clinical psychologist and elite level mountain biker on a range of topics about mental health relating to athletes and the way we function.
Coming from a world of “keep pushing till you succeed” it was a great eye opener to how the balance of mental health is so important in life, to make the right decisions to succeed.
