Today on the Daru Strong Podcast we welcome Coach Jon Heck. Jon Heck joined the Carolina football strength and conditioning staff in 2018 as an assistant strength and conditioning coach. Heck joined the strength staff after working as a sports performance coach at D1 Sports Training in Raleigh, N.C. Heck currently lives in Raleigh with his wife Lindsey, and competes in strongman and powerlifting.
