We share how we coped with changing sleep after our babies' were born, the progression of their sleep, the effect on our relationships with our partners and ourselves, and the impact it had on our diabetes and overall health.
Our babies all slept so differently but one thing was universal amongst us - that none of us appreciated our CGM alarms during the middle of the night when we were already tired from waking babies.
