Ep. 24: The Tireless Task of Building Niche Markets with Tracey Northcott
Oct 06, 2020 Season 1 Episode 24

In this episode we're joined by Tracey Northcott. Tracey is an Australian serial entrepreneur in Japan who created her successes in identifying and serving highly niche customers. She first came to Japan in the 90s to support her brother in building their software business which focused on solving problems related to the lack of multilingual mobile solutions and content. More recently, Tracey expanded her business portfolio to include a 7 figure minpaku, aka short-term rental, business, which she grew from 1 to 24 properties over a 5 year period. Tracey described 2020 to be THEIR year, the rental business was booming, their properties were fully booked as Japan and the world were excitedly waiting the Olympics until... Well, we all know how that ended but as a pure-bread entrepreneur, Tracey has taken 2020 in her stride to now grow a digital marketing consultancy.

This conversation is filled with both the strategy and the heart required to building and design a life and business on your terms.

Also, Tracey has a present for us. Go to the show notes and download her ebook for "ebook “7 Mistakes You’re Making Right Now (And How To Fix Them)” for free.
