This episode is a discussion and catch up with former a British International, the remarkable Mandy Costello. I really can't encourage you enough to listen until the end of this podcast as this is a story that should be heard. 

With having a hugely successful career as a junior, Mandy broke into the Senior team, making a name for herself and winning medals on the international stage, when all of a sudden an injury struck and ended her judo career.
