Pattern Interrupt No 6 The Future is Feminine
Jun 04, 2020 Season 2 Episode 6
Jean Macdonald

The Future is Feminine is the last episode in my Pattern Interrupt series. It examines how we and many other working people may find things have changed in the post Covid-19 world. We may find our usual work opportunities have shrunk or even disappeared.

How can we replace or supplement those earnings?
And what are we going to do about the pressing demands of the ‘Money Machine’ for money we haven’t got?

We look at a story of mice and men called ‘Who Moved My Cheese?’ and consider why women will be more important in wealth creation, management and leadership in the future, if they want to be. But they need to be ready to grab the opportunities.

The term Pattern Interrupt come from Life Coaching. When a Coaching client is giving a lot of excuses about why their life is not as they would want it to be, and whose fault it is, the Coach asks an incisive question. This causes the client to stop in their tracks and look at the situation from a different viewpoint.

The Covid-19 lock-down is having a similar effect on a large part of the population. In this series I help you look at various aspects of your life from a different point of view.
