No one can tell the future, but we can make an educated guess on what we think it will look like. Mark Chaknos and Susan McFadden are my guests for the last episode of REAY for 2020! We chat about where we've been and where we think we are going in 2021. We all agreed that the future looks bright for 2021. COVID vaccine is making it's way into society and should start to lower the stress of getting the virus. Rates are great and inventory is low, so home prices will still be going up. Overall the real estate industry had a good year in 2020.
