ABOUT YASHODA DEVI MA
Yashoda Devi Ma is a Vedic Meditation teacher with a passion for helping students reduce stress, cultivate a clear mind and live from the heart. She is the founder of YDM Meditation, a boutique style wellness studio in Boulder, Colorado, which is the base of a thriving community of local and global meditators.

Yashoda has dedicated two decades to Vedic Meditation and Himalayan Yogic practices after the teachings transformed her life and lifted her out of severe depression. She also has a deep insight into the science of Jyotish (Vedic astrology).
