- If starting today: ATR2100 or Samson Q2U (USB & XLR)

Start using USB if you're solo.
Then you can upgrade the audio quality simply by adding an audio interface and using the XLR connection.
A further upgrade is to add a Cloudlifter CL-1 or Cloudlifter Z
