Positively Living®: Shame-Free Productivity Conversations
The Positively Living® Podcast brings you shame-free productivity conversations for the overwhelmed multi-passionate creatives, caregivers, and multi-taskers who never clock out, juggle countless responsibilities, and quietly wonder if there's a better way.
Hosted by Lisa Zawrotny, Productivity Coach and founder of Positively Productive Systems, the show replaces rigid productivity rules with flexible approaches that respect your energy and priorities. Through solo episodes, expert interviews, and live coaching sessions, Lisa covers the topics that actually affect your ability to move forward: stress management, habits and systems, decluttering, self-awareness, boundaries, mindset, entrepreneurship, and more.
This is productivity for real life, helping you breathe easier, move forward sustainably, and make space for what matters most to you.

The original saying, “jack of all trades” was deemed a compliment for a person with good broad knowledge and the ability to master the integration of disciplines. I love this description because it’s so positive and how I support my clients, but it hasn’t always been seen that way. This week, episode 122 of the Positively Living Podcast is about the benefits of being a jack of all trades!
In this episode of the Positively Living Podcast, my guest Mike Montague debunks the negative stigma around the phrase, “jack of all trades” and the often continued, “master of none” and gives you actionable steps to take right now to understand the benefits of the multi-passionate life and how you can use your vast experience as a path to success.
Mike and I cover the following topics:
- Our personal experiences in exploring different careers and hobbies and what it has done for us personally and professionally.
- Why we as a society hesitate to explore our interests.
- How Mike stepped back from burnout and moved forward with play in his life.
- How getting fired by Billy Idol affected Mike’s confidence (and the surprising key to building confidence).
- Mike’s 5 CCs of FUN that show us the benefits of being multi-passionate.
- 2 Simple steps for how to embrace the benefits of a multi-passionate life.
Those who identify as multi-passionates, multipotentialites, polymaths, scanners–the ones who have broad knowledge and a desire to broaden it even more–have far greater potential for success than they may realize!
