Tonya Fritch is a service industry veteran currently based out of Raleigh, North Carolina. With nearly 20 years in the industry, she has had the opportunity to work in an array of restaurants, bars, and nightclubs. She continues to bartend while writing hilarious stories about basic human failing especially when everybody’s good friend, alcohol is involved. She is currently working on her second book which dives a little deeper into the bartending industry.
