Stress is meant to be felt, processed, and healed. In seasons like the holidays when extra responsibilities, relational conflict, and pressures are added to our every-day load it shrinks our window of tolerance.

God gave us spiritual practices that help us process stress in the body to help us heal to a place of wholeness in our heart, soul, mind, and body! Understanding and honoring our bodies limitations and warning signs is an act of worship.

I am not neuroscientist by any stretch but I'm learning and grateful we get to continue to learn together!
