In this interview with Gael Belden, meditation and compassion teacher, she talks about her work with the UCLA mindfulness research center, FBI agents and first responders. She was trained by Thich Nhat Hanh in his monastery for many years along with many other teachers. Her approach toward nature is interesting as is her meditation practice. I hope you enjoy the interview.
The interview was conducted by Dr. Elisabeth Paige and the music was composed and recorded by Natalie Hagwood on cello and Casey Lipska on string bass.
