SPEAKER_02Hello, friends. Hello, fatherless boys. This is Bobby Solomon. How are you doing today? I hope you're having a great day in the name and power of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior King. I'm sharing with you today that the promotional event on the radio that we've had now for the last about month and a half, free backpacks with school supplies, was a glorious success. Glory to God in the highest. And we have concluded that for this time, for this season. So the backpack school supply event is over for now. There are lots of fatherless boys that were very happy to receive their free backpacks with school supplies. We heard from people in California, Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, Michigan for fatherless boys to have some school supplies and free backpacks. So that season is done now. And when the Lord brings that back at any time that he does in the future, then we'll do it. And right now, though, it is concluded for this season. So we're not doing that anymore at this time. We got another promotion going on that I'm very delighted with. Before we get to that, I want to introduce Oscar to you. Oscar is our puppet friend. Many of you know Oscar. He's my co-host on this radio show. And Oscar, how are you doing today, my friend?
SPEAKER_04Uh Bobby, I'm just doing great. Hi, everybody. Hi, fatherless boys. It's good to see you all. Bobby, are you going to talk about the new promotion for fatherless boys?
SPEAKER_02Yes, I'm going to talk about that. I first would like to thank God, all glory to God, for his wonderful giving of the backpacks to the fatherless boys with the school supplies. And it was just a blessing. We heard back from some of them that they were delighted with it. They liked it. One of the boys said he liked the backpack. He liked it because it was black and it was it was very nice looking. And he liked his Bible because his Bible had a lion on the front of it, right into the cover of the Bible. Now we're still sending out Bibles free for fatherless boys. And now we're going to go a maximum of one per household, one per household. If you have more fatherless boys than that, let us know, and we might be able to extend that to another one. The rule is one per household because we want to have enough resources to work to send to other fatherless boys, not just in one family. Some families have five boys in it. So we want to say one per household. If you need more, let us know if we're able to do it. We will try and accommodate. But the rule is one Bible for free for a fatherless boy in your household. In your household and per caller. Don't call for somebody else's household, please, let them call us. And so, moms and grandmothers, these Bibles are very nice. We have them for toddlers, we have them for youth or young children, we have them for like middle teens through 18. And the Bibles are free for fatherless boys through 18 years old. And all we need is the first name and age of your fatherless boy, your address to send it to. It can go to a PO box as well. SPEAKER_04Bobby, Bobby, Bobby, are we ready to talk about the next promotion?
SPEAKER_02Bobby, are we are we? Yes, Oscar. We are ready to talk about the next promotion. The next promotion is about prayer for fatherless boys. And prayer is very special to God. He wants us to come to him. He is our Father in heaven, and he wants us to come to him through the power of the Holy Spirit through our faith in Christ and seek him for things that are in his will. The Bible says, Psalm 68:5, that a father of the fatherless and a defender of widows is God in his holy habitation. God is a father to the fatherless, he defends widows, and he is holy, and he wants us to come to him in prayer. And in this ministry that is for fatherless boys, we come to him in prayer to help fatherless boys. We have this great e-card. E-card that we'll send out electronically. We'll send it out digitally on your phone or email. And it is a card that we want to either email you or text you for free. So you can pray for fatherless boys, our listeners. We want to send it to you. And it's called the prayer wall. There's an image of a wall, and it says prayer wall, and kneeling in front of it is a little fatherless boy with his hands together, and he is praying. It's really very, very precious. We want to pray for those fatherless boys. We want to join them in prayer. One of the things about fatherless boys and not just fatherless boys, girls, and a lot of different situations is that for fatherless boys, they are sad and often disappointed. Disappointed because they're just getting the leftovers, they're not being treated like they mean something. A lot of these guys feel like they're worthless. Like they don't mean anything, like they don't matter. They're disappointed with their lives. They're sad. And God wants us to pray for them. To pray for them to seek Him to help them. Our prayer card with the picture of the prayer wall and the little boy kneeling down next to it praying. It says prayer wall. And here's what it says in the text. Prayer for fatherless boy from sadness and disappointment to happy and content. Blessed are those who are sad, they will be comforted. Matthew five four. Here's the prayer. Dear Abba Father, please help my fatherless boy or grandson. And you can insert his name there. If you're someone who just knows a fatherless boy, or maybe you're a Christian man who's mentoring a fatherless boy, you can put his name in there as well. Dear Abba Father, please help my fatherless boy grandson to be happy and content, to be comforted because you are to be in his life and have peace for him always and his newly found faith or faith to come in Jesus will fulfill all that he needs. Amen. And underneath of this it says God does not give us disappointment, but he gives life abundant. Please read John ten ten. John ten ten talks about how the thief comes only to steal, kill, and destroy. But God has come to give life and to give it in abundance. Amen. You know, Oscar Yup Bobby, yep, yep. What is it, Bobby? Well, as I look at this prayer wall e card, it touches my heart so much because this picture, this image that the Lord gave us of this little boy praying, he really wants God's favor. And I believe that he really wants others to come in and pray with him for that favor from the Lord, to pray for his sadness and disappointment, that he would be happy and content. That includes knowing the Lord Jesus. That includes that he would have a Christian man to mentor him, and he would no longer have this sadness, this disappointment, discontent in his life. God would comfort him in his sadness. And I look at it, it just touches my heart. We want to send this out for free to anyone who asks for it, especially a Christian man that will pray for a fatherless boy as a father figure mentor would do, or a grandpa for Jesus would do, as a grandpa mature in age and knows the Lord maybe for many years, or a mother, single mom widow, or grandmother or auntie praying for a fatherless boy, her fatherless boy, or one in the family, or it could be praying for a neighbor fatherless boy. And also any fatherless boys listening, this could be for you to have a guide to pray. We would like to send this out for free. It's an e-card. We can send it by email or by text.
