In this week's episode, we look at ways to keep your clients coming back to you again and again. There is a saying that keeping a happy client is easier than gaining a new one and this is true. Yet in the wedding industry, we serve our clients once and more often than not that's all she wrote.
We can make so much more of our client with a little effort on our part and that little effort I believe will lead to much more ease in gaining new clients as your current clients will be much more likely to remember to recommend you if you are continuously serving them.
