On this Back Story The Int Criminal Court has announced it has jurisdiction to investigate war crimes in The West Bank and The Gaza Strip. That's possible crimes both by Israeli forces,, and also against Israel by Palestinians.
One of those cases to be looked at may be that of a young man who was about to be married and was gunned down at an Israeli checkpoint. All of the facts are murky, but his family is certain his car swerved in an Israeli check point by accident.
