In her latest interview, Professor Moreton discusses with Professor Kathy Eagar what we know and don't know about the health systems response required to manage the aftermath of the COVID pandemic and minimize collateral damage. Professor Eagar discusses the human-centred waves of the pandemic as described by Dr Victor Tseng and their application to the Australian experience. 

Professor Eagar is Director of Australian Health Services Research Institute and is involved in all aspects of the Institute’s work. She has over thirty five years of experience in the health and community care systems, during which she has divided her time between being a clinician, a senior manager and a health academic. She has authored over 350 articles, papers and reports on management, quality, outcomes, information systems and funding of the Australia and New Zealand health and community care systems.
