Worcestershire's second golden era from the late 1980's was led by skipper Phil Neale, as they won two County Championships, two Sunday League titles and the Benson and Hedges Cup.
He was a Wisden cricketer of the year in 1989.
After leaving New Road Phil coached Northamptonshire and Warwickshire and for 21 years was the England cricket operations manager, retiring in 2020.
A fine footballer he played 369 games for Lincoln City winning two promotions with the club.
In this edition of 'I'd Rather Be A Pear' he talks about his career with Bradders and Frank.
Make a cuppa, knock the top off a beer and sit back and listen to some fascinating tales (but not if you are driving!)
