Hello everyone and welcome to season three episode two of intentional spiritual living with Brian, I am so glad you're here. And this episode is chock full of goodness that I think you're going to love. I'm especially excited about this one because we're doing candle magic and candle magic is near and dear to my heart. It's it's the thing that I practice the most and the craft, it's what has given me the most results. And you can get real elaborate with Ghana magic, like we do with the shop for our events or you can get real basic like we're gonna do today and the results are the same. So I think you're gonna love putting this to good use. We're also going to continue our 10 part to build your crystal toolkit series and if you recall last week, we talked about the master crystal of clear quartz and this week we're talking about Cornelia and one of my most favorite crystals, I can't wait to talk about it with you. We're going to talk about an herbal cleanse that you can do at home. I call it a solar solar blast herbal cleanse and what I mean by solar blast as I said, it's getting rid of everything that is in our mind and on us that is weighing us down and kind of starting fresh if you will, and you kind of set an intention with that we will go over that but a very simple but very powerful and then finally we will do our three part tarot card pool and see what's ahead for the week in front of us. So with no further ado, we have lots to talk about here. Let's get started Kindle magic friends, let's talk about this. This is something that I have practiced in the craft for decades and it's by and large, my most favorite thing to do when it comes to rituals and making things happen in my life if you will. I've been doing it my gosh with friends since I was in my early 20s maybe late teens even and I want to share with you a basic ritual today as many of you know and know me we do candle magic events at Raven's cauldron and their two hour events and we're doing a seven day candle number carving sigils into it and grinding herbs and grinding up crystals and all kinds of pomp and circumstance if you will to do a powerful seven day intention candle but it doesn't always need to be that elaborate and that's what we're gonna do today we're gonna is just got a basic candle, which will let's get right into it. What do you need to perform this at home? You need one right red chime candle a chime candle for those that don't know it's just a four or five inch, very skinny looks like a taper candle. But it's very skinny, not much bigger around than one and a half pencils if you will. One bay leaf, a pencil some Carnelian chips anywhere from five to however many you want to use a small piece of copper, parchment paper and a ceramic or terracotta dish and salt. Now I like to always do dive into a little bit of the whys when it comes to doing what we do. So why parchment paper why a ceramic or terracotta dish, why a pencil not a pen. We want to use as much earthen made materials as possible. We really don't want to get into using plastics and chemically altered things if you will. Now obviously, we have a red chime candle here that's been dyed. So that's not 100% natural, but we do the best we can. So that's why we choose a pencil or in a ceramic or a terracotta dish, that type of thing. The ritual that I have designed for you guys today is a ritual for growth, whether it would be business growth, personal growth, spiritual growth, it just really doesn't matter. Now I want to talk about working with deities. This is can be a controversial subject in the craft sometimes some people absolutely swear by working with deities and want to work with multiple deities and understand them other people find that to be able to hooey and that's why I got out of organized religion. I don't want to work with a deity so you do not have to do that. I choose to work with various deities. goddess Diana is one of my favorites. St. Anne is another one but today we're going to be working with the Greek goddess have faced us That's a mouthful, just I have faced this. And so it's the Greek god of fire. And the only real working with this deity that I'm going to be doing is I'm going to be writing the name her face just on this bayleaf. I will spell that to you and it is h EPHAE. S T U S, her face, just HEPHA E S, T U S, it just the Greek god of fire, volcanoes, blacksmithing, etc. It's also the God of artisans, carpenters, craftsmen, that type of thing. I chose to work with this deity because we're looking for growth. And I chose a red candle because we're looking for something that we're passionate about that we want to grow in. And so it's all about expansion, if you will. Now, I also want to talk about why I chose to work with copper. So in the craft, we are all into what we're into runes, for instance, tarot. Astrology is a big one. And so Sagittarius is connected to the planet of Jupiter. Jupiter is the planet of expansion. coppers metaphysical energies are that that encouraged people to expand their horizons, and encourages more optimistic thinking, if you will. And so the combination of Sagittarius and copper maybe want to use copper in this ritual, because we really want to expand our horizons. And we want to look at things from all angles. So if you think Taro, if you're a Tarot follower, for instance, the page of cups is a figure that's holding a cup that has a fish peeking out of the cup, and the page is looking at it. Curiously, if you will, it's all about seeing things from all angles and different views. And hey, I never thought of it that way. So enough about that. That's why we're using copper, I just don't want anyone to think that we just magically pull these things out of the air and decide to use them. So let's get on with the ritual. So the very first thing I want you to do, is I want you to gather yourself and your quiet space, where you're going to do this ritual out in your house, in your basement, in your backyard and your place of work in the bathroom, it doesn't matter really it doesn't. Whatever you are choosing, that works for you. Now, what I'm about to say is gonna seem very cliche, and you're gonna maybe roll your eyes and be like, I've heard it 1000 times clear your head and focus on the task at hand here today. Goofy, right? Of course, we're stating the obvious, well, I am the most guilty person, I'm not doing that. Especially in my younger days, I don't slow down often. And I just want things done. And I want them done now. And so I might throw together a ritual. And I'm 52 years old when I was 22. And I might gather all these materials. And I paid far more attention to gathering the materials, making sure that it was a red candle, making sure that it was a piece of copper, making sure that the bayleaf was blah, blah, blah, I don't know, it doesn't matter. But I was more you know, focused on gathering the materials that I was actually the task at hand, and then I hurry up and get the ritual done. And then I was left to be disappointed sometimes when it wouldn't work. Here's the thing, friends, we are asking our ancestors, the energies around us, if we're working with deities, it doesn't matter, the unseen to honor us and help us on something that we need to get done. We owe them the energy, the deities, the ancestors, our undivided attention at a minimum, if we're asking for something from them, then really dedicate your every fiber for this very short time to get this done. So enough about that. Grab a bowl and fill it with water, just tap water will do and sit it down in front of you. And we have the salt that we've gathered about a teaspoon of salt is more than enough. And look at the clarity of that water and then pour the Salton and start stirring that salt and it will get cloudy and it will not look as good as it once did. And then it will of course clear right back up to the most clear, clear looking water you've ever seen. Salt is a purifier. And so we're about to be purifying our tools here. And that's what we're doing. So once that's done, and I saw it, let me back up a second. So I told you that the salt clouded up the water and then it cleared well that's what we're looking for in this ritual, whether it would be for prosperity, whether it would be for growth like we're doing today. It doesn't matter. We're fuzzy on something and we need to achieve clarity to get what we want. And so that is kind of the very beginning of the ritual this and the symbolism of clearing up cloudiness. Okay. Now we're going to take all of the tools and we're going to purify them in this water and again, this sounds cliche and every metaphysical book back in the day when we read about rituals and stuff I can see my younger self reading this and be like, Who has time for that? If you are to believe which you're listening to this podcast, so I'm sure you do have energies, negative energies following us around, then it makes perfect sense. Someone made that chime candle it was never read it was white. And then we had to die, they had to dye the wax red, somebody made the cotton in the metal in side the wick, that could have been in a bad mood. The person that put the wax together that was setting up the machinery that day just got a divorce, for instance, and they're just really cantankerous and cranky, and they touched your candle, or the dish that you're using any of the stuff, we are Claire, we are purifying, and putting it to our good use. And so what that simply means is that we are clearing out any energy that was attached to that, whether good or bad, it doesn't much matter. It just matters that all these tools are all about our use at this exact time. So that's why you cleanse. And I used to always skip this part as well, because it's just how I was cleanse all the tools, which is the candle that Carnelian ships, the copper, the dish, et cetera, and then leave them to drive naturally. Once everything is cleansed and dry, we can get started. So I want you to take a hold of your bayleaf. And at the top of the bayleaf. If you're choosing to work with the god or goddess, you can write her faces on there, like we talked about. And then I want you to write your intention on the bayleaf as well, you'll have to write pretty small. I always like to give an example because some people get lost and they want to know Okay, give me an example of an intention. So an example of an intention that I would write maybe if I wanted to grow in my spirituality, for instance, I would just say something so basic as I need to grow in my spiritual path. I want a solid and prosperous spiritual life. Let me repeat that, again, I need to grow in my spiritual path. I want a solid and prosperous spiritual life. That's all I would write, cut and dry and it's exactly what we want. So once you do that, then I want you to place the bayleaf with that message tied down on to the plate that you are sitting at on on top of that bayleaf then I want you to put the piece of copper directly on top of it once that's in place, light your red candle. Once the flame has stabilized, tip it to the left or right to drip two or three drops of the red wax onto the copper. And immediately once the wax hits the copper placed the chime candle on top of the copper and let it dry. What we're doing there is attaching the candle to the top of the copper and the wax is just holding it in place. Why would we do something like this? Well, the flame is going to pull the energies below it. And so when you do candle magic, you're infusing the wax the wick the things under it, and then it gets pulled out and released into the universe that we're pulling up the intention from the bayleaf. And then we are pulling in the goodness of the copper and pulling it up through that candle and out into the universe. I also wanted to say when you're dealing with bay leaves and why we work with bay leaves in the craft, if you were to look at tarot decks because Taro is near and dear to me there is Bay Laurel reads in many of the cards, one right off the bat that comes to mind is the World card, the end of the major arcana and it is a figure that is inside of a bay Laurel reef. It symbolizes victory achievement, getting what you want, getting what you set out to achieve. And so that's why we use berry oil bay leaves Bay incense. And that's why we're using it today in this very basic little ritual. So now you've got your candle burning, you have spoken your intention onto the bayleaf. And it is now sitting there. So now I want you to pick up each piece of the Carnelian that you have the little chips that you have, it could be any amount, it could be five chips, it could be 100 chips, depending on how much time you want to spend. This is the where the magic happens. So when you pick up the carnelian, I want you to close your eyes. And imagine that what you're asking for has already been achieved. So in my case, I wrote that I want to achieve a prosperous and fulfilled spiritual life, right? And so I just visioned myself when I close my eyes that's I'm holding this Carnelian walking to work and feeling nothing but great vibes because when I'm balanced, spiritually unbalanced everywhere, and that's a need for me and when I'm out of balance spiritually, I'm a little cranky. So I'm just imagining a happy, fulfilled Brian you do the same and just do it very, very quickly very briefly because we're going to do each tip we're going to pick up the chip and fuse it with the entity we're looking at in our third eye and then put it right next to the candle just do that for each of the pieces of Carnelian that you have once you have finished that The ritual is done. Just sit there and spend some time with your candle. It'll take about 20 minutes to a half an hour to burn down at this point, and let it completely burn out. And all the while you're visioning in your third eye that this has already happened, you are already living with what you've asked for. And then the ritual is done. When it's done, and it's burned out. Take all the spent materials, which is the copper, the carnelian, the bayleaf, wrap them up in the parchment paper and bury them in the earth that is in a place that is near and dear to you. And what would be my a place that's near and dear to you. For me, it would be my backyard, the back of the ravens, the old ravens cold and on Sandusky street places that I own that I love. If you live in an apartment building, go to a park that you love, go put it near under a tree somewhere that that you can do that. But return the spent items to the earth and then wait for the magic to happen. That's candle magic in a very, very fast and distinct way. But I can tell you many stories of the years where I've gotten jobs, where I've aced a job interview, anything I've asked for when I put my whole foot in it if you will, when I put my whole worth into it. And I give it my undivided attention. And I asked for what I want and what I want is good for me. It will happen it is the most amazing thing. And I want to talk about why I love Carnelian what it's all about what it stands for, and how you can get to know your piece of Carnelian coming right up. All right, let's talk about Carnelian one of my favorite crystals of all time, although that's not really a fair statement, because they're all my favorites. But we're here today to continue our 10 part series about how to grow your crystal grid, you know how to grow your crystal toolkit. And we talked about the master crystal of clear quartz last week and how it amplifies anything that it's near. And it can pull on those energies. And it's the foundation crystal that we all must start with. Today we're going to focus on Carnelian. We just talked about a candle magic ritual, a red candle based around passion, and growth and Carnelian is all about passion, what gets us out of bed in the morning, what we care about the most. And I don't ever want to get that twisted with our jobs unless you care about your job the most, which a lot of us do, and a lot of us don't. Or you know, it's not your basic needs of food, water health and that type of thing. The passion we're talking about here is what really sparks us. What gets us out of bed in the morning. And for me we all know is metaphysical studies, rocks, crystals, gemstones, Taro, herbs, all that stuff I get really excited about that's that's what I've devoted my life practice to. That's what I love. That's my passion. So let's just roleplay for a second. Let's say that I'm getting disenchanted with the crystal business right now. And I really just don't care about crystals, including Carnelian. And I've just had I'm having a moment where I'm trying to get that feeling back. That's when you reach for your Carnelian. That's what it's for. And how do you get to know it? How do you get to know that piece of Carnelian for you? So it's really a quick and easy answer on this one. You pick up if you're at a crystal store and they have Carnelian Carnelian palm stones for instance. It's the same way we talked about the crystal, the clear quartz last week, pick that pick a few pieces of that visually appealed to you and find the one that appeals to you the most. And then just hold it for a few minutes. If you can close your eyes. If you're in a public place and you don't want to look crazy, that's okay, but I don't mind looking crazy. So see if it ignites a passion in you. So for instance, I just told you I'm having a moment where I don't care about the crystal business. I'm disenchanted for whatever reason what's going on in the world. It's really got me down I have a large piece of Carnelian that I work with On the regular in my toolkit and I would go to grab that if you're just building your toolkit, you know that you want to reach for a piece of Carnelian to reignite that passion and so you haven't procured your piece yet. So you go to store to find that same thing. So when I pick up my piece of carnelian, I know all the sudden I start getting a tingly feeling all around myself about crystals and some new ritual I want to do and I want to read up on this deity. I want to study the difference between Carnelian and Sardonyx. For instance, that may be saying, and that all came about, as soon as I picked up my carnelian, when you're in the store, and you're procuring your piece, or if you already own a piece, and it's just sitting on the shelf, reach for it, when you're feeling spent, on your passion, what you care about what gets you out of bed in the morning, what makes you smile. Some of us it is truly our job. In my case, it is my job. That's what I've devoted. But I used to also work in information technology, for instance, that was not my passion, that was a way to make money. And I did very well at it, that it wasn't my passion. So if I were feeling in a law in it information technology, in my old job, I would not reach for my Carnelian I would reach for something like Tiger's eye, because that's going to be a foundational rock, foundational crystal that helps me keep my feet firmly planted and do what I need to do to get from point A to point B. But that's not what we're talking about. Here. We're talking about really what we care about. And so in my case, again, it would be the law. And then I picked it up and I started thinking about studying Sardonyx versus carnelian, that type of thing. And it has everything to do what's what with what's important to us. Now, what's interesting about carnelian, and this whole topic, that's different than a lot of other crystals. I do tons of tarot readings for people and the suit of wands is has everything to do with passion and what we care about. And if I do a reading for someone, and I see a high concentration of reversed wands, or wands cards in positions in a Tarot Spread that say what's lacking in your life, what's challenging you and it's all want, then it leads me to have this exact discussion that we're having with that particular querent. And it's kind of like, okay, what gets you out of bed in the morning John Doe, Jane Doe, I'm What do you care about the most? And I have found that there have been times where they cannot answer that somebody does not have a quick answer as to what their passion is and what they care about. And this is another really good use of Carnelian. And how to get to know your crystals. And these are subtle nuances that you have to remember because again, we're doing this whole series because people come to us all the time. And they built their crystal collection. And they're not the type of collectors that wants to put their crystals in a curio cabinet, but they actually want to use them for their different energies. But they they come up short. And this is a good way to do this. So if you can answer the question, what gets you out of bed in the morning besides your job and the things that you have to do to get by in the day that what you really care about and that you're lacking and that this is even a better use of Carnelian rather than my use of I'm just I know that I love crystals and the crystal business and studying the geology and the differences in these rocks. But I'm having a law versus I don't know what I care about Carnelian will help you do that. And the way you would do that would be put a piece of Carnelian in your pocket, if it's a small piece, if it's a palm stone, take it to work with you that I had set it on your desk, keep it near you all day, and start noticing if you don't develop a passion or a hobby and something that you really care about. That's what Carnelian does for us. it reignites the flame inside of us to get back to that feeling of excitement on what we care about or it initially lights the flame many of us walk through life and they don't We don't know exactly what we care about until such time that we do. And I know that was not very profound, but that's what these red rocks can do for us especially Carnelian. It's just a very, very powerful stone. In my particular crystal toolkit. I have two small pieces of Carnelian that I've had for years that I will carry in my pocket if I'm having a law and passion or I just feel listless and I don't care. I have a beautiful deep red palm stone that I also vibe with at home when I'm doing meditation and I also have a an amazing Sardonyx slash Carnelian skull, Sardonyx and Carnelian are very similar stones. Carnelian is a little more concentrated in just a solid red with a little bit of cream swirled through it and sardonic or Carnelian I hope I said Carnelian Sardonyx is like a banded Carnelian it's got real thin swirls of white and it can be just amazing. I have a sardonic skull. And this is not for this podcast but infusing skulls with passionate energy to get where I need to go is something that I also do in want to talk about but it's way too long for For this episode, but again, this is how you get to know your crystal toolkit and all those pieces of Carnelian that I described to you in the one piece of Sardonyx I've had for years, and I've also gotten pieces that didn't do anything for me. And so I might put those in a plant and use them as a decoration. But the ones that speak to me, the ones that ignite the flame in me where I work with that piece, and I meditate on it, and all of a sudden, I've come up with a newfound passion, I've come up with a new facet of my passion that I want to focus on is what really makes Carnelian shine. So if you want to take it one step further, we talked about the amplification qualities of clear quartz last week, and how it's the master crystal. So if I was having a really, really tough time with igniting my passion, and getting back to what I need to do, for instance, my passion, again, is crystals. Let's say I'm having another law where I'm not, I don't know, let's say social media, for instance, I do Tarot combinations for social media all the time, and I love doing it, it's never a burden. But then I fall behind on that, and I just don't care about it as much. And it's affecting not only something I care about, but it's also affecting my business, then I might not only work with a piece of carnelian, I also might set a piece of clear quartz right near to amplify its properties to get me off my ass and get doing what I need to do to cultivate my passion in my creativity, if you will. So that is carnelian, I encourage each of you if you do not have a piece of this very powerful stone to get yourself a piece because one thing I've noticed, with all the tarot readings and stuff that I do is that if you are not passionate about anything, and you don't have that fire sitting inside of you, you're going to quickly quickly become a very unhappy person, and you're not going to live your best life. The suit of Wands and Taro is by by a longshot, my favorite suit because I think it's the fabric of our being. If we don't care about anything, then we really don't care about our life. And then things start to spiral out of control. And none of us want that. So reach for a piece of Carnelian to get to know that piece in your crystal tool kit. All right friends coming up. Next, we're going to talk about an herbal cleanse ritual that you can do. Very quick, very easy, very powerful, coming right up. Let's talk about something really interesting and powerful and fun to do at home. And that is a homemade herbal cleanse. Now you can buy herbal blends, herbal bath blends, that type of thing. That's not what I'm talking about here. This is going to be the simplest and fastest ritual you've probably ever heard me explain. But anyway, there are times where I need what I call a solar blast. And what a solar blast is this, it's been like three, four days, and I'm just cranky as hell. And I'm complaining about this and I'm mad about that. Nothing's going right. I'm spiraling as a result, and nothing's gonna go right because I'm pissed off. And I just need a solar blast. And when I say solar blast is clear it all out if I could reach into my head and put my hand in there and just get all the garbage out and start over fresh and that's what we're going to do right here. What you'll need is a pan of water to sprigs of rosemary about three to five inches, and a couple pieces of frankincense resin. Now, frankincense and rosemary are well documented and known to be purification herbs. It's what we would use metaphysically to purify a space to clean out a space if you will. The combination of these two is just very, very powerful. So let's get right to it and think about what we're going to do. So you need a stove and you just start by putting a pan of water on the stove and turning on the heat until it gets close to a boiling point. And then you just simply add to sprigs of rosemary and a couple of chunks of small small small pieces of frankincense resin and you steep those two items and the near boiling water for at least five minutes sometimes 10 The longer you let it steep within reason I mean up to like 15 minutes and more powerful will be and then just set it off of the stove and let it completely cool. Once you've done that, strain it through a coffee filter or a piece of mash cheesecloth. Never, you have to discard anything but the liquid. And then it's, this is the most simple thing that you can ever do the solar blast herbal cleanse that I do, when you get in the shower that day or the next morning, you've already made the tincture, if you will. You simply just say a mantra, I will come up with one for you off the top of my head, I should tell you real quick, the these podcasts are not scripted at all. So everything I'm telling you is coming out of the contents of my head, this is how I roll. I've been doing this stuff for so long. And I want to share this stuff with you. So let's come up with a mantra to Clinton. So let's let's come up with a situation where I would need a solar blast cleansing, let's say that everything has gone wrong for the past four days, and I'm fighting with my partner, and I'm pissed off at work and my dogs are making me mad. Nothing's going right, I'm getting ugly notices in the mail, and I'm just cranky. And I can't figure out what I've done wrong and the universe. And it's never that. But that's just the human condition that we get into. So when you get in the shower, you take the herbal concoction that we made on the stove, you hold it in your hand, and you say your mantra and you're infusing that herbal concoction with this mantra. So I cleanse myself of all negativity, I return myself to the badass that I know that I am. That's my mantra, I cleanse myself of all negativity, and I returned myself to the badass that I know I am. And I say that several times to the point where it becomes almost meditation, if you will, I'm saying this mantra over and over. And I'm looking at the herbal concoction I'm saying and I'm saying and I'm saying and I'm saying, when you feel like you have done what you need to do, then you take that two cups, three cups however much of that concoction you have, and you hold it over the top of your head in the shower, and you pour it at the crown of your head and let it just flow down your entire body and down the drain and you are cleansing and washing yourself and purifying yourself from all that negativity that's been occurring in your life. And that's it friends witchy stuff doesn't always have to be so ceremonial. It doesn't always have to be such a big deal. But I beg you to try this because it is just so powerful. You can buy herbal bath blends, and they're very much similar blends. They just have chosen different herbs. Rosemary is kind of like to the herbal world is like clear quartz is to the crystal world. If you're doing a ritual, witchcraft, which role of any kind and you can't find Molan, you can't find Queen of the meadow or something you can always substitute rosemary, but it its root Rosemary is a purifier, it purifies whatever it comes in contact with. And so that's why I chose it frankincense even more powerful in for the revered smell of it. And so would you steep the frankincense and the rosemary, it's gonna be a wonderful, wonderful smell. And then you just are cleansing and purifying your body by pouring it over the top of your head and letting it just drip down your entire body and through the drain and you've set you've infused it with a mantra and you are ready to begin a new day and a new reality really because that's that that's what this is a seller blast and you'll be surprised when I do these I do so I try not to let myself get into these funks where I'm a piss ant but when I find myself that way, within 24 hours so if I did that, if I if I made the herbal concoction on a Thursday night and then I took a shower Friday morning and I used and I did my mantra and did this. I could expect my Saturday I'm coming up with new opportunities and I'm feeling like a newbie and I just have a new pep in my step and I can't imagine being so pissed off like I was before very very powerful. Give it a try rosemary, frankincense herbal purification ritual Alright friends I can't believe we are at the end of this episode already. Coming right up I'm going to do a quick three card Tarot poll to see what the universe wants us to know for the week ahead it is Taro time everyone let's get right to it. I just pulled my three cards and this is kind of a tough poll for the week. So let's all pay attention to this and and take the universal lesson for the week ahead. So I pulled Major Arcana 15 And the devil, the five of pentacles and the Ace of Swords again Major Arcana 15 The dove Well, the five of pentacles and the Ace of Swords. So what does all this mean? So, it's a lack mindset for the five of pentacles. And a new way of thinking for the Ace of Swords. But what's this devil all about? It has to do with our shadow side. So anytime that you're talking about the devil in tarot, everybody instantly flips it to addiction. And it sometimes can. And I use that word often in my tarot readings, if I need clarity, and I'm talking to someone, but it doesn't always mean that it means our shadow side. And it the simplest. Meaning it can mean indulging in something for a quick win for quick pleasure, for quick whatever knowing that the long term implication is going to be harmful for us. So when we combine that with the five of pentacles, and the ACE, the five of pentacles has everything to do with a lack mindset. It doesn't necessarily mean financial, financial troubles, financial devastation all that thing, it means that you are obsessing over what you don't have versus what you do have. And it has to do with finances and things you can see touch and feel. And so the Ace of Swords comes in, it's the only positive card and these three cards and it's it's challenging us to think of whatever it is that's dragging us down in a much more positive and different light, if you will come up with a new way of looking at it and a new way of solving it, if you will. So again, honor your shadow side, don't stifle it down. That's where the double card comes in. A lot of times, it's because we all have a shadow side, we all think about indulging in things that we shouldn't, whatever that is. And oftentimes, we will let that thought come into our mind, like I learned in yoga, let it swirl around and go out. And it's done and over. But if that thought keeps coming into our mind, and it's something that we're indulging in, that we shouldn't be, it can have long term implications. And this particular instance, it could be somebody that is spending money on that as well, or thinking that they have a lack mindset because of the five of pentacles in regards to their shadow self. So what I mean by that is, you keep going down a bad path, knowing that it's the wrong path for you because you have a lack mindset. And, for instance, someone, I'm just going to come up with a completely goofy situation that is relevant to this terrible read, but has nothing to do with anyone in specific, anyone in particular. So someone that feels like they're really, really not likable, not dateable can never have a companionship, but that's what they really want the most. And because of that lack mindset, because they keep, they keep overindulging and dating people that are wrong for them on these apps and that type of thing. And they know it's wrong. They don't even want to go on these dates with these people. But they feel because of their lack of mindset, because they're not a wealthy person. They're not in their mind and attractive person, they have nothing to bring to a relationship, they just keep going back and forth in this circular pattern of returning to situations that are bad for them and ultimately hurt them in the future. And you're being called to re architect this entire framework in your mind swords. When you think about the suit of swords, it has to every sword on a sword card is a thought and the Ace of Swords is a simple one sword. And it's a new thought, a new piece of intellect a new way of looking at it a new way of thinking about something that can pull us out of that scarcity, lack mindset of the five of pentacles and the shadow mindset that's getting us into trouble in the devil. And when you when you reorganize the way you think about it, you reorganize your mind. You've reorganize the entire situation for the better. That is what we need to think about for the week ahead friends, Major Arcana 15, the devil, the five of pentacles and the Ace of Swords all upright so take that lesson into the week.
