Brian. Hello everyone, and welcome to intentional spiritual living with Brian. I am Brian Campbell, your host, and this is episode three. You Brian. Welcome to episode three of intentional, spiritual living with Brian. I'm so excited about today's episode. We are on the heels of Beltane, and there are rumblings of the world coming back to life, the economy coming back to life, our lives coming back to life. And while we want to wait for safety, Beltane is a great time to thrust life into bloom and prosperity as it marks the beginning of summer, and I have designed a very simple but effective ritual to give us all hope. So today's agenda is I'm going to do my usual two card Tarot draw. I just pulled it before I started talking now, and it is the Ace of Swords combined with the king of cups. And we're going to talk about how that combination can bring relevant and deep, rooted meaning into our lives. And then I'm going to talk about my Beltane ritual for next Friday, May 1, and how we can use that to prepare for the coming months of a new normal and get excited and get that fire burning within us again, if you'll notice, a theme on these past three episodes, and it's leading up to Beltane as I'm choosing herbs, I'm choosing crystals and rituals all built around the element of fire due to the time of year and certainly the situation that we're living in. And finally, I'm going to do a discussion on the metaphysical properties of Ruby and how we can use those in our lives to bring about abundance strength and energy. I am Brian, your host at ravens cauldron. You can find us at 110 South Sandusky Street in Delaware, ohio@ravenscaldrin.com, you can follow us on facebook@facebook.com, forward slash ravens cauldron Delaware and at ravens cauldron on Instagram, with No further ado, let's get started on our Tarot draw. I'm so excited for our two card Tarot discussion today. I just pulled these cards this morning before I started recording the podcast episode three. And one thing you'll hear out of my mouth frequently, whether it's on this podcast, or you know me, is that the cards never lie, and it just holds true today, as it does every other time I pull tarot cards. And so today, as I was shuffling my deck, I was envisioning our world reopening atizers that I'm going to have to be dealing with, and having customers have gloves to touch crystals and rocks, and only allowing two people to flow through the shop at any one time, and all of that stuff that all of us business owners and consumers are thinking about, you know, how is life going to be different? So the way Tarot works is that you influx that energy into the cards as you're shuffling and before you pull your cards, so you can kind of see the story. And so today we're doing a two card combination, and I pulled the Ace of Swords and the king of cups, such interesting stuff in those two cards for the situation at hand. And I want to talk about that. I want to talk about what it means and how I interpret it. But I want to take a couple of Tarot theory diversions, if you will. And so we have two, so two suits represented here today. We have the suit of swords, which is represented by the element of air, and is all about active intellectual thought. And we have the king of cups, or the suit of cups, I should say. And that's all about emotions and how we handle things, the ups and downs of life, and represented by the element of water, kind of cool. So when we think about the chronology here, the Ace of Swords and the king of cups a very beginning. The Ace of Swords is the beginning of the suit of swords, and the king of cups is the highest and last card in the suit of cups. And so what this is telling me, and if I were reading for someone in front of them, and they were asking about the new normal and how life perhaps, is going to end up for us all, we're going to have. To change our thought processes, and not only change them a little, but we've backed our thought processes back down to the ACE, as if we're starting a new job, as if we're starting a new hobby, as if we're starting a new health regimen. Anything you want to say a new beginning, and how we think about those new beginnings? That encompasses the Ace of Swords and and I'm looking at this particular card, which is from the everyday witch Tarot by Deborah Blake. And here is this young girl holding her sword up in the air, and it's connecting to energy via lightning in birds in the sky. Her black cat and her broom are at her feet on fertile ground. And so what that speaks to me? And it's very windy. You can tell by her cape blowing around that she is bustling with new never thought of ways of conquering her goal, and it's important when I say her goal, because this is all personal to each of us. So I'm personally thinking about how I'm going to open my store ravens cauldron. You may be thinking about how you're going to get back to work safely you work in an office environment, and how you're going to climb that mountain so that your comfort level will allow you to sit in that chair and perform your duties. And we fast forward that all the way up to the king of cups, and combine these two cards, and the king of cups is a really interesting card. And the fact that, again, I don't mean to divert myself on all this Tarot theory, but I can't explain this to you logically and in the best way possible without doing so. And so what I want to say here is that all of the kings, whether it's the king of cups, pentacles, swords or wands, they are the highest level of card in the Minor Arcana for their suit. And so is all about refined leadership. You are the one you've mastered, in this case, emotions, but the king of cups is a little different. And when you look at the card, you'll see a king, and he's sitting on his throne, and it's suspended in very volatile water, and there's dolphins jumping in the background, and he's holding a scepter and a cup to try to keep himself balanced. And so it's indicative of yes, the king of cups is a master of emotions and knows how to handle things. But damn it, it is no easy job, and that's what the king of cups is all about. Actually, the queen of cups does a much better job. She's on solid ground, not battling the waters, and she's got her feet halfway in water, halfway on solid footing, whereas the king is out to pasture in the middle of volatile water. And so it's telling us that while we need to attack this from a new perspective, we need to think about different ways of living things that we had never, perhaps thought about before. And that's why it's the ACE like we need to throw a lot of things out, because we're not going to be able to do things like that and do so and realize that it's going to be taxing, and it's going to be a hard job for a little while, to get used to this new norm and performing our lives and living and executing our lives in such ways that are safe for everyone and allows us to get out of our house and out of this isolation that we've been living In. And I wanted to give an example of something I'm thinking about that came to me this morning. I was talking to a friend about this possibility. Here at ravens cauldron, we host many events, whether it's a crystal grid event, a mediumship event or an event, about a six part event to understand and learn Tarot from start to finish, amongst others, and we're planning more. And our event space in the back of the store only holds eight people, so I only sell eight seats per event. One of our most popular events that consistently sells out are our candle magick events, and they're wonderful. You get a group of folks together fellowship, and we're grinding herbs and crystals and carving sigils and rune symbols into a candle. We're writing letters of attention and cleansing all the energy off the candle with essential oils. And it goes on and on. It's a two hour event. It's really fun. It's really hands on, but the fact remains is that there's a lot of people that are elbow to elbow in our event space, and that's just not able to be accomplished in the current world that we live in today. And so I'm thinking about getting one of those outside. I don't know what I want to call them. It's a tent, but you see them used for wedding receptions and stuff. They're white, and they have windows where you can see out, and they're rather large, and I have area in my parking lot back behind the store, and so what my first thought is to have one of those tents erected back there and secured, and then we could open up the side so that there's air flow on all four sides and handle a. Events, something I would have never considered, something I would have never thought of doing. I have a very, I think, kitschy and cool event space in the back of my store that has mood lighting and metaphysical tapestries and essential oil diffusers, and it all sets the mood for when we commune and do our things together at the store, but it's simply not possible. And so take what I just told you and think about the Ace of Swords, a new way of thinking about something that we've never thought of before, throwing away the old way, connecting it to our thought process and doing so, realizing that it's going to be emotional, because we have to throw away what we used to know and love for a temporary time, and we don't know how long and and go with the new norm if we want to get back to some sort of normalcy in our life, and do so that is in a way that is safe and effective for everyone, and that, my friends, is our tarot reading for the day, the Ace of Swords combined with the king of cups. Up next, we're going to talk about Beltane and a simple but effective ritual that I've designed for each and every one of you that I think you're going to love. Beltane is here one of my favorite times of year. It's a springtime meets summer, beginning of summer celebration. If you want to kind of dive into kind of the old school lore of it. It's about the God and Goddess being separated throughout the winter, and they're coming back together. It actually has everything to do with the maypole. When you think about all of the streamers around a maypole, it's representative of the feminine energy, and the pole represented by male energy, and feminine energy swirling around the male energy. It's kind of the basic lore of Beltane, if you will, a holiday of union and balance. And celebrating the union of masculine and femininity is what we're really looking at here. And so Friday, May 1 in the United States, is Beltane, and it's an interesting date for Beltane this year, because as many of you know, at least those that are listening from the United States of America, that Friday May 1, is the day that we are following guidelines to get our economy back in motion and open up businesses that have been shut down since the end of March, and so it's a really powerful time for Beltane this year. And I say that because I talk often about the element of fire leading up to Beltane, and our creative juices flowing and getting ready to get back into the thick things after a period of reprieve in the winter, when we kind of hibernate and collect our thoughts and boy, oh boy, we've had to really hibernate this year. Most of us have been quarantined and in lockdown in our homes and only able to go to grocery stores and home improvement stores and essentials for quite some time, at least, it feels like quite some time. I guess, in the bigger scheme, I think it has not been that long, but certainly for human beings to be quarantined, it's tough. And so Beltane comes at a time when everything is starting to open. Summer is here. The god and goddess are back together, and we celebrate, usually on a Beltane celebration. We don't perform any magical rituals on Beltane, but rather celebrate with food and wine, if you hear of in the craft, the cakes and Ale, if you will, cakes and Ale ceremonies. That's really what you would do on Beltane, and celebrate feminine and masculine energy coming together, the portal and gateway from springtime to summer and a deep loving union like celebration. So this year, my normal ritual would be no ritual for Beltane. I might put some items on my sacred space or my altar in my house and have some meditation and some moments of gratitude for the earth and replenishing the cycles and things coming back to life, etc, etc. But that's all personal stuff and and then celebrate on the day of Beltane, which, of course, this year is Friday May 1. So what I wanted to do was design a ritual for all of us to use as the world gets back in motion, and how we can sort of honor Beltane in a different way this year. And so here's what I've come up with on the night of Beltane. Morning, and when I progress forward to that night again, I keep saying it, it's going to be Friday, the first of May, me, personally, I will have opened my store Raven's cauldron for the first time in almost seven weeks, and I'm doing a magical ritual on the evening, after I conclude my business day, to put my energy into what can be, if you will, the possibilities. And if we want to take it from a nature perspective, a nature based perspective. You know, I'm looking outside right now as I'm recording and speaking to each of you, and I'm seeing trees budding. Some trees are flowering. I'm seeing evergreen grass. People are mowing. Spring is upon us, and it's been really easy to ignore the change of seasons and the noise going out in nature and things coming back to life because of this pandemic and and we are staying inside and living in fear. And I've talked about all this, and we've all heard this. I don't need to talk about that anymore. So the reason for doing this ritual in the evening is simply to give thanks and look forward with excitement. So what I want you to do is on your sacred space inside. Kind of model a sacred space outside, if you have a deck, if you have a patio that you can spend some time on, it would be perfect. And I would say to do this on the evening of Beltane, simply for the esthetic of we've completed the beginning of the reopening and setting our intentions and looking forward to the magic in the new normal, if you will. And so my outside space for Beltane this year is going to have a crown of flowers. I have a lovely patch of wildflowers in my yard in the back that I'm going to take some of those and make a little crown in the middle of my outside space and put green candles symbolizing hope in Evergreen and what's going on in the world right now around my crown. And then I'll take my cauldron and put that out there as well, and the Cauldron is going to be the focal point, so perhaps in the middle of my coronavirus flowers and inside the cauldron, you want to put kindling, anything that you can use to generate fire. What I have chosen this year was some leaves from this previous fall, and I kind of ground them up with some sticks and twigs from my yard, so that I'm taking everything back from nature and then maybe create a little Maypole, just for the symbolism, again, of melting of Beltane. Excuse me, I can't speak today and symbolically showing us the melding of feminine and masculine energy. And it can be something so simply, as simple as a stick with multiple colored streamers around it. It doesn't have to be a full on Maple, like you may have remembered from your childhood. And then finally, if you have this, and by no means if you don't, if you don't have this, do you is it a requirement, but some sort of piece of Ruby, whether it be a faceted piece of Ruby or a piece of Ruby rough that just looks like a red rock. And I am calling upon Ruby because of, again, the fire element nature of Ruby, and the fact that it helps call our inner energy forth and put all this energy into going forward, I want to talk about real quickly, the notion of there are no rules in the craft. And I will always touch on this when I detail out rituals or spells anything to do with the craft that requires getting things together. There are no rules, friends. So I mentioned some things here. I mentioned green candles. The universe will forgive you for using white candles as an example. If you don't use a cauldron, or you don't have a cauldron, you're not able to have one yet. You haven't been able to find the one you want. Do not skip your Beltane ritual that I'm putting out here for you as a result. If you can't build a maypole, it's okay. Here's the thing, friends, it is so much more important to honor your spirituality by doing your own rituals and using what you have. And I understand the thrill of the kill for us craft people, I understand it so well, and that's why I harp on this like I'm drifting off, but I'll tell you a little story. So for me, when I started out in the craft. Loved many moons ago, decades ago, plural. There was nothing more fun for me than to take Saturday after I'd worked all week, and I have my list, and I remember one of the things that always pops into my mind in some of the old craft books when you're putting spells together, was something called tonka beans. Tonka beans, I forget where they're from, but they're, I believe, from a tree, and they're very poisonous, and they have the same metaphysical properties as vanilla beans and vanilla pods. But by God, if I was reading a book, and the book said that I needed three medium sized tonka beans. Dammit, I was going to drive from Ohio to California if I needed to, because this was predating Amazon to get such tonka beans, even though they're poisonous and there's a magical substitution for everything. I wanted the tonka beans. Same thing with candles. If I needed a pink candle that was slightly more red than a normal pink. I would drive and drive and drive until I found it. And while there's nothing wrong with doing that, in fact, it's kind of fun, and it kind of spurs on your craft and keeps your interest. I just always like to let everyone know that there are magical substitutions for every crystal herb and any other magical tool that you could end up using, I would highly recommend looking at the books by Scott Cunningham, the magical Encyclopedia of herbs, for instance. And there's a whole nother encyclopedia about crystals and metals and gemstone magic, and it has a correspondence chart in the back that'll tell you that if you do need tonka beans, you could substitute vanilla for the same exact result. So just something to remember. But trust me, I sympathize, empathize and understand the thrill of the kill aspect and getting a recipe for a spell and wanting everything to be perfect. I totally, totally understand that. I just don't like anybody to forsake doing a ritual or honoring their spirituality because of a requirement for a particular spell ingredient. That's all okay. So moving on. So here we are. It is Friday, May 1, and we've talked about setting up our space outside, and that space is green candles, a crown of flowers that are local and relevant to you, that you can find in your yard, a cauldron or some sort of vessel that you can burn kindling in a maypole that you're creating with streamers and some sort of pull, whether it be a stick and a piece of Ruby, if you don't have Ruby, any sort of red stone would work. I choose red because of the call to action and because of the fire nature of it. So once you set that up outside, if you are 21 or older, I would suggest having a libation of some sort. For me, it would be some sort of whiskey on the rocks and a journal. And the journal is, once again, the important part. And I say once again, because it's always our intention that we're setting and sending out to the universe is where the power begins. The power is not in the green candles, the flowers, the cauldron, the power is in the fire. For sure, all these other things are correspondence of color. Elements esthetic. The cauldron is purely esthetic. If you like witchy esthetics, which I do adore them, then a cauldron is a must. But let's don't make a cauldron any more magical than it needs to be. It's a cast iron vessel in various sizes that you use to burn things or boil things in. That's all it is. You could literally call a cast iron pot that you grandmother had a cauldron, because that's really what it is. So when we have all these things put together and we're kind of getting in our frame of mind, we have our libation, and we're thinking happy thoughts and celebrating Beltane, the union of masculine and feminine the world coming to life in a more concrete way than it did in spring. Start journaling your thoughts, especially around the new world that we're living in or about to be living in. How are you going to adapt? What are you going to contribute to a safer society? If you're a business owner, how are you going to protect not only yourself but your valuable and precious customers that come and support you. If you are going back to work, are you ready? Mentally? How are you feeling? What actions are you going to take to go back to work in a safe way? And I say all these basic things that sound like, Duh, Brian, I mean, of course we're thinking. About those things, but you really have to look out and be proactive. And if I've learned anything during this time, I've learned that there are guidelines, and I say guidelines, and I put those in loose quotes, because the governmental guidelines on what we need to, need to do, are very loose. We need to come up with our own plans, our own contributions to safety, and that's what this ritual is all about. We're one part celebrating with having some libation that we love. Perhaps you're having a piece of cake with it, and then half this year in Beltane, we're preparing for a new world and how we can influence that new world, and how we can take our thoughts and put them into action. And so we're journaling them on a nice piece of paper in our journal. You might make fun of me for saying a nice piece of paper, but I say that because I am obsessed with leather bound parchment paper journals that have that have that old world parchment. That's why I say that so. Again, not a requirement. You can use notebook paper. You can use the back of a receipt. It does not matter. I assure you, the universe isn't judging you. Let's always remember that write all your thoughts down and put them into action on this piece of paper about how you're going to reemerge into society. And really think about it, and take your time. Don't just scribble down some stuff quickly, because this is the most important part of any ritual. And once you've done that, fold up your piece of paper and take a little bit of whatever you're drinking. If you're under the age of 21 it could be grape juice. It could be Kool Aid. If you're over 21 and you're drinking alcohol, in my case, it's going to be some sort of flavored whiskey. Right now, I'm obsessed with peanut butter whiskey, so I'm going to take a drop of that and put it on to my letter. The reason for that is that that has my energy in it. I want to enjoy that libation, and so I'm merging part of me with my words written on the piece of paper. These are all intentional practices, and once we've done that, set it aside. And now let's begin to light our fire in our cauldron, or whatever vessel we're using. And so I think I told you earlier that I'm using some twigs from my yard, and it's no secret that I don't like to clean up leaves to the immaculate gold that everyone else does around here. And so I have some leaves left over from last fall. What a perfect way. So I'm using leaves and twigs and then a couple smaller pieces of quality wood in my cauldron so I can get a fire going and I can stare at it. And so when I see this fire coming alive, I'm envisioning the world coming alive. But in that different way, in the different way is in my letter of intention, my letter of contribution, how I'm going to handle this. And so the combination of the element of fire, the Ruby that's sitting in front of me, my letter, I'm going to take that letter and I'm going to put it into the cauldron and watch it go out into the universe, watch it smolder and burn and completely have an alchemical reaction. You know, Alchemy, we're taking something and turning it into something else. We're taking our thoughts and words into this piece of paper and turning it into smoke and sending it out into the universe. We're making a transformation there. And once that's done, that is a very powerful and symbolic way to solidify your intention and your call to action and make you walk your own walk, if you will. Once that's done, truly now begin your celebration. Take your shoes off if it's warm where you're at, be outside under the stars. You've got fire in front of you. You've got these beautiful candles that you've lit, you've got your cauldron, you've got your Maypole, and the maypole is simply there for Beltane as a symbolic representation of male and female. And just take it all in and celebrate. If you're with a partner or a friend, it's even more powerful. And just talk about the coming days ahead and and how things are going to be different and how things are going to be better. And that's how we choose to look at it. If we want to take the high road and the positivity road. We have to think that these changes are for the better, and maybe we will come out of this on the other side, as a different person, as a different breed of society, a little more intentional and our actions a little more authentic, if you will. And that's what this is all about. I hope my friends, that you enjoy this ritual. I am so excited to perform it. It's such an important time of year. It's one of my favorite holidays in the craft, and this year, it has such deeper meaning for those of us in the United States of America, because that is the day that we're beginning anew. I. And I hope you will practice along with me, and I would love to hear any feedback that you have on how it went for you to perform this ritual. Now, I would like to talk about the metaphysical properties of Ruby you. Music. Today we are going to talk about one of the most, if not, from my opinion, most beautiful gemstones or crystals in the entire world, and that, my friends, is the magnificent Ruby flawless rubies, when we think about them, think about a faceted, faceted, meaning the way they cut gemstones for jewelry with all those geometrical patterns. If we think about a faceted, flawless Ruby, that you could set this Ruby on a piece of newspaper and read through it, what I just described to you is far rarer and far more valuable than diamonds, and many people don't understand that. In the gemstone world, people think of diamonds as being the most sought after and the most rare and the most valuable material that you can get your hands on and that is simply not true. Emeralds are even more valuable. And I'm not dogging diamonds. Please don't misunderstand what I'm saying. I love them. Especially love colored diamonds. Some of these chocolate diamonds and pink diamonds that are coming out are just exquisite. But we're here to talk about rubies, and I just want to point out about how valuable and rare they truly are. Their folk name, if you've ever heard of carbuncle, it's one of the few gemstones that has a folk name, and Carbuncle is what was given to Ruby. And when you think about metaphysical properties of Ruby, it's a very energetic, projective energy, if you will. It's an in your face. It is the most Call to Action red fire based gem that I can certainly think of. And of course, it is represented by the element of fire. And so I want to talk about some of the magical uses for Ruby today, and other ways that I like to use Ruby in my practice and craft, and simply how relevant it is for the coming days of going back to work for all of us, and how it ensures that we will be successful, if you will. It's truly a precious stone. And if you get a hold of a beautiful piece of Ruby, it's going to have one of the deepest blood red hues that you can find in any gemstone. And it's interesting. Life is about learning. And I had a customer looking for some spheres, some gemstone crystal spheres, and wanted something that was extremely red. And you know, the low hanging fruits come to mind, like Carnelian or red Jasper. But truly, if you want the color of red that we know and love, like the deep blood red you're looking here at rubies I use them often. And when I say I use them, I want to clarify. I don't want you to think that I have these exquisite, million dollar rubies at my disposal. I have pieces of Ruby, rough from India and Sri Lanka, and you can't see through them, but they're just beautiful, deep red. And I use them for magical practices. I do have an actual ring that has a Ruby in it, a male ring that I had made that's just exquisite and but different. But if you want to get you should be able to get a hold of any Ruby chips from any metaphysical store to where you can harness their power. I want to read a paragraph to you from Scott Cunningham's Encyclopedia of Crystal Gem and metal magic that kind of summarizes Ruby and how powerful it truly is. So it says warn. The Ruby was thought to convey invulnerability or protection against all foes, wicked spirits, negativity, plague, fascination, magical manipulation and famine. It was also a special mascot of soldiers guarding against wounds in battle. Basically, the Ruby strengthens the body's own psychic defense system when worn. I think that's a really lovely paragraph that sums up the power of the stone. And so when you think about rubies, you think about infusing yourself not only with protection, but also power. So. Deep call to action, power and all those things. I thought it was really interesting that plague was one of the things, because we're kind of experiencing a bit of plague right now. And I just thought this was a great stone to talk about. And on an interesting side note, coming up soon, I'll be talking about Black Tourmaline and obsidian, both very protective stones, and I get customers coming in all the time looking for those protective stones. I say those are wonderful stones, and I use them for protection as well. But, man, you can't really do any better than a Ruby. And so I want to talk about ways that I use Ruby. First way is in my home and in my store. I take four pieces of Ruby. And the way I came up with the four that I have, I had a piece of Ruby rough that was probably the size of a dime, if you will, and I took it between some fabric, and hit it with a hammer until I was able to get four pieces out of it, and then I hide those four pieces in my shop and the four corners of my shop and the four corners of my house as sort of a protective ritual to keep the bad out. And I feel really good about doing that also ways that I will use Ruby is in the same sort of sense that you would use a piece of clear quartz for amplification, although it's a different type of amplification. Clear quartz amplifies energies from everything that it's surrounding. But I want to amplify my fiery energy to accomplish and get something done. Have I been feeling listless? Have I am I coming up with great ideas? I want to do this, I want to do that, and then I turn the channel and turn on Netflix and sit for three hours and watch something and no no call to action, which I don't know about you all, but for me, I'm guilty of that many times. You know, I I'm a fertile spring for ideas, but I need to make myself execute on them. This podcast was one. I've been thinking about doing this for a very long time, and I love doing it, and I just finally had to sit down and do it. And it's the same thing. So I use Ruby for that. So a couple of magic I'll give you one practical example and one magical example. A lot of people, when I was working for corporate America, a lot of people will use luck, gemstones and prosperity, herbs and gemstones when you're trying to get a job. And there's nothing wrong with that. In fact, it makes perfect sense. But for me, I always use Ruby and a red candle, and here's why. And this taps into if you listen to episode one of my podcast about red calcite, you're noticing I like some of these red stones. Ruby is the most powerful of course, and I would write my letter of intention about wanting to get this job, but not in the way from the standpoint of I deserve this job, and please, universe, Gods and Goddesses, give me this job. That was not what I would ask for when I was using Ruby and I was writing my letter of intention. Rather, let me be the best version of myself and let my talents shine through to the recipients in this job interview so that they make the best decision, which I feel is me. That's how you use Ruby. You use it to amplify your call to action, your inner strength, your inner talents. And so when I am looking for a new job, or if I'm looking to close on a deal in real estate, it doesn't matter whatever it is, I use it to become the best version of who I am, and I incorporate that need into my letter of intention, and I have found this practice to really amp up my manifestation abilities. Because I'm I'm asking the universe to make me sell myself and be the best version of myself, so that others recognize my value and choose me. And that seems a lot more natural than saying, just let me get this job and I'm going to get money related gemstones and herbs. And so try that sometime. I think you'll find that it has a lot of power. And finally, I said I was going to do a practical example. And so in my store before I do any event, and I'm presenting, whether it be presenting some deep dives on Tarot through a six part training or candle magic crystal grids. It doesn't matter. I do a little Ruby ritual beforehand, and I keep the ritual. Or keep the ritual, keep the stone I apologize in my pocket during my events, and it's just a little incantation. And I'm not going to go over it right now, because you will want to write your own but write a little, you know, three phrase, three three sentence incantation based around being the best version of yourself and being able to emit the words to your audience, so that there is bonding with you, and you come across and there is value being spoken for the two hours that you're spending together. And then keep the Ruby with you until the duration of your event, or whatever it is you're trying to do, if you have to do some public speaking, it's a good it's a good one to use for that anything where you need to shine. Use Ruby. It is such a powerful gem, and I want to hear back from you, if you've tried to use it in any of your experiences, I think you're going to love it. You music. Well, friends.
