Gilmour head coach Dan DeCrane's steady rise to coaching excellence was shaped by many influences, but his will power, work ethic and commitment to integrity have come naturally and from his tight-knit Catholic family.  His father, Ken, and mother, Kathy, along with his brother Chris...have always been faith-filled mentors in his life.  A proud Archbishop Hoban graduate who played for T.K. Griffith, Dan has honored his beginnings with a fervent passion for impacting lives in a positive direction.  His anchors of consistency, faith and leadership training are paralleled by his consistency as a husband and father. He has made all of those influences proud with his daily actions.
