Can you be happy and not know it?
Can you be happy even if you’ve yet to find your purpose?
Can you be truly happy even if you haven’t found your soulmate?
I’m sure we all have different answers for the above. Depending on personal experiences or where we are in our journey of life. But one thing we can all agree on is that Happiness is a feeling that comes from within.
I believe, that no one can be happy all the time. But it’s also true that no one can be unhappy all the time. What makes us human is that we are able to experience both happiness and unhappiness within the same period of time. For those of you who are familiar with the Dao and the concept of Ying and Yang – light exists in darkness, darkness exists in light. Without one, you cannot have the other.
What we’ve been taught or passed down about happiness is a lie.
In this video, I’ve broken it down to 5 parts. In a Chinese Metaphysics practitioners’ eyes, happiness is when your energy vibrates a positive level. While we go through these 5 parts, maybe you can discover what Happiness means to you and how you can use it to play a more intentional role in your life.
One last thing… no one except for yourself, can make you happy or unhappy.
