The Mass Part 2: Why Do I Have to Go to Mass on Sunday?

Why do we have to go to Mass on Sunday? Well, it's so good, and shouldn't we do good things? A deeper answer looks at our duties and responsibilities towards God: just as we owe our parents care and support for their care and support for us when we were most vulnerable, so we owe God our everything (thanks, praise, etc.) since without Him, we're jack squat. We have a duty to return to Him a sacrifice of thanks and praise. Not to mention, it is the universal experience of the early Church. We probably should not omit that!
