The Broken Cassette Player
It's a new music show (mostly) hosted by 20-year WBCN veteran dj Shred. We believe we need to keep moving forward with what we listen to and want to share our musical findings with as many folks as we possibly can, because we feel the bands we play should be more widely heard like it used to happen when a band was giving airplay on the local radio station. We are rolling right along, just outside the 1-week effort we try to put in all the time here, but doing ok, getting new music out to people who's ears aren't too clogged to listen to some new tuneage. This week former WBCN dj of some 20-years time (longest part timer there ever), Shred has another lots of fun listen with songs by LYDIA NIGHT, BIFFY CLYRO, ALEX G, ROME featuring DIRTY HEADS and DAUGHTER.
