Preserve at Copperleaf formerly known as Cortland Copperleaf, a 240-unit apartment complex in Houston, is now part of our portfolio! This acquisition was unique as we bought it through a private Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). It took some legal expertise and a month-long negotiation, but we're thrilled with the outcome. We closed the deal smoothly and left a positive impression on the seller, leading to more opportunities down the road.
