We've wrapped up another incredible year at Preserve at Copperleaf, and I'm excited to share that the property continues to exceed our projections!
In this video, I recap the progress we've made since acquiring the property in 2024, walk through our performance, and share why I'm optimistic we'll be able to increase distributions past our current 10% cash on cash in the future.
